Good to use in place of carpet February 9, 2010

I bought about 200sq ft of these tiles. I rent my house, so putting carpet in was something that I couldn't do. My whole house is tile, so this was a good solution. My 9month old sits, stands and falls down on these all day long and doesn't get hurt. The price of these online is expensive. I bought these for $20 a pk at a K-Mart. (I live in HI so everything costs more)

we had these inside but moved them outside when our twins got older and they worked perfectly. we used the cheaper kind from BRU as well outside and those just curled up and started to smell funny after a while. These are very tough and very weather resistant. I came on here to order more but they are SO expensive online. We got ours at Walmart for only 24.00 for 8 tiles. Don't know why the price is different here.

..... to extend the area of coverage.
They fit together well, feel fantastic underfoot when exercising (we have them on the carpet in the basement) and so far seem to be strong enough to cope with the job.

I bought these mats for my grandson to put his play village, etc. on and they are awesome. THEN I needed something to block crocheted items on and guess what? These worked fantastically well. They are waterproof and do not leave any sort of residue and since they have the diamond ridge on them it is very easy to place your project and block it evenly. Love them!

These are great multifunctional mats but are overpriced here. Identical package of 8 w/ border pieces by same manufacture at your local Sam's Club for $20.33 plus tax.
