Editorial Reviews:

Amazon.com Product Description

Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers offer soft, cloth-like comfort and feature stretchy leg gathers and closure tabs. In addition to keeping baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash, the absorbent polymer in these diapers is non-toxic and non-irritating to baby's sensitive skin.

All-Natural Natural Comfort for Your Child
Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers are made with your baby and your environment in mind. The chlorine-free materials and absorbent polymers used in the diapers help keep your baby dry in between changes and through the night. In addition to being effective at keeping baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash, studies show that the absorbent polymer used in the diapers is non-toxic and non-irritating to baby's sensitive skin.

Hypo-allergenic and offering soft, cloth-like comfort and premium absorbency, these diapers are made of chlorine-free absorbent materials that do not contribute to dioxin pollution. They feature super-stretchy resealable closure tabs and super-stretchy leg gathers that work to provide your baby with a comfortable, safe, close-fitting thin diaper.

Why Does Chlorine-Free Matter?
Your choice of our chlorine free diapers could help reduce cancer rates. Your choice of chlorine-free diapers helps reduce the amount of dioxin polluting our air, water and soil, and helps make the world a safer, healthier place for your family and generations to come.

When chlorine and chlorine derivatives are used in industrial processes (such as bleaching paper and wood pulp), they produce substances called chlorinated hydrocarbons, which persist in the environment, accumulate in animals and people, and can be toxic to human and environmental health. The production of chlorine can also release the toxic metal mercury into the environment.

If every household in the U.S. replaced just one 40-count package of conventional diapers with these chlorine-free diapers, we could avoid 133,000 pounds of pollution from entering the environment.

About Seventh Generation

Seventh Generation products are healthy and safe for the air, the surfaces, the pets, and the people in your home--and for the environment outside of it. Every time you use Seventh Generation products you make a difference by saving natural resources, keeping toxic chemicals out of the environment, and making the world a safer place for this and the next seven generations.

4 out of 5 stars Great Training Pants   November 12, 2008
South King County Working Mom
I didn't rate this as 5 stars only because the sides are not designed to come apart. So I often have to take shoes and pants off my toddler to change it. Other brands have the velcro-like sides, which makes for easy on and off. Nonetheless, this is the only brand we use since our toddler's skin is so sensitive.

5 out of 5 stars Guiltless Training Pants   October 20, 2008
D. Barrett (Seattle, WA, USA)
The seventh generation training pants are great, they are absorbent and comfortable (according to my 2.5 year old daughter).
I like them becuase I am not exposing my child to unnecessary chemicals and the pants may not have nice images like those on pampers for example, but they work just as well and benefit the environment.

5 out of 5 stars Great product - but buy the next size up from your normal training pant size   October 15, 2008
Miss Bananas (The rocky northeast)
These are much more absorbent than your typical pullup - we make it through the whole night with no leak disasters, even into waking up, and him not making it to the potty before he lets loose.
The only thing I'd say is that these are much snugger fitting than the Huggies brand we'd been getting. My little guy is about 36 pounds, 36" tall, and I figured we could make it with the 3-4T (32-40 lbs, mostly because there's more in the package). They are super snug on him, and he's constantly having them ride up (so unless you want your kid announcing to everyone out in public that s/he has a wedgie, get the next size up).
We love these though, and will definitely get the bigger size when we reorder.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect Pull-UP   October 9, 2008
klmc (California)
We purchased these because my niece was allergic to the Huggies and Pampers brands of pull-ups. These had no chemicals and have great absorbency. We use them at night as well and they have never soaked through. When ordered from Amazon, the price is economical as well.

5 out of 5 stars Wonderful Training Pants   September 27, 2008
Sharon (Weatherford, TX)
I love these training pants. They seem to be less cardboard like than the Pull Ups, and there is no ink to transfer to little legs that have just been lotioned up. (I thought at first my kids had bruises on their inner thighs (and freaked out) w/the Huggies diapers, and I figured out it was ink at the next bath). I have 2 year old "step-twins" (11 days apart), a boy and a girl, and they work very well on both. No blow outs to date, and it has been about a month. I am going to go up a size, from 2t-3t to the 3t-4t, though. They were wearing a size 6 diaper, so I think that will be a better option.
Oh, and the best part, the Seventh Generation Training Pants are less expensive than the previously mentioned diapers!! Love it! Thank You Amazon!!!
