Great but does not fit our crib rail November 17, 2008 Cindy Bee (Seattle, WA USA) We've had the mobile for a few months now and the baby enjoys it, he's 4 months old and is starting to grab at the animals. Unfortunately because of our crib design we can't attach it to the rail (we have a Morigeau Lepine 5000 series crib). I have to just hold it and put it away when we're done. I would recommend this mobile anyway, and believe it or not the batteries that came with it are still working!
mobile November 2, 2008 Kelly Kuntz This mobile is great. It spins, plays music and attaches to our crib easily. We turn it on to help our son go down for his naps. I think the music could be quieter. I have it on the low volume and still cover the speaker with crib bumper. When the mobile turns there is a loud clicking as little pieces slide up and down the mobile arms. It is annoying to me, but puts my son to sleep. It also last for 10+ minutes which I think is too long and I usually have to go in and turn it off. Over all I would purchase this product again.
Baby loves it, but without the music October 25, 2008 Briggsmo (Boston) I purchased this mobile for my then one month old baby. We wanted something for him to watch as he was drifting off to sleep. From the beginning he loved it. There is so much for the baby to watch on this mobile -- the animals, the spirals, the sliding colored pieces. Even now, four months later, he still loves to watch it. The sounds of the sliding pieces are quite soothing. The baby would give it 5 stars I am sure. I would give the mobile 3-4 stars. My two concerns were the loudness of the music, even on the lowest setting, and the difficulty I had attaching it to our convertible crib. To the person who gave directions for how to turn off the music by keeping the volume switch exactly in between the two volume levels -- THANK YOU. We do not play the music on this because it is so loud for us all (made the baby cry!). Attaching the mobile to the edge of the convertible crib was difficult; we had to get creative since the bracket that keeps the mobile from sliding down didn't fit over the edge of our crib properly. We had to push the bracket between two slats to help stabilize it. This seems to have worked. Consequently, the mobile hangs lower than it should and we are going to have to take it down sooner than we hoped. Overall I would definitely recommend this mobile as a very entertaining one for babies.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! October 20, 2008 S. Thason My daughter loves this mobile! Everytime I turn it on she is smiling, cooing and kicking. The 15 minute continuous play is a great feature. I am not always winding the toy. I can set it and forget it. Definitely recommended for your little one.
Don't Waste Your Money! September 30, 2008 Donna Marotti I have one that has never worked! The company sent me another~it has never worked!! We are sending it back ~~~
