Amazon.com Product Description Pregnant moms who struggle to find a comfortable position will love the Leachco Back 'N Belly Contoured Body Pillow. Moms-to-be can sleep well and wake up without aches! The big, roughly U-shaped pillow has two contoured "legs" so you can sleep on your back or either side, tuck the end of the pillow between your knees, and elevate your head to ease heartburn. The Back N Belly provides support for the back and belly at the same time. Simply reverse the ends of the body pillow for a "double decker" head support. It elevates and aligns the hips to help ensure a natural position, which relieves stress on joints. This Leachco body pillow helps relieve carpal tunnel, sciatica, gastric reflux, and nasal congestion. The Back 'N Belly is made of cozy, warm polyester and comes with a custom cover case which can be removed for washing. It can be used in positions not shown in the illustrations: Mothers of different sizes, shapes, and sleep preferences can experiment, as many have, to find just the right configuration.
Product Description Nursing Pillows Leachco This full-body pillow has inner curves shaped like an hourglass to support your back and tummy, allowing you to sleep more comfortably. Reverse and overlap the ends of the pillow to elevate your head, hips, legs, or neck. Best of a

Excellent product for back and belly support, a softer pillow would have been better November 22, 2008 H. Trivedi (Southfield, MI) Wife loves it. Excellent product for back and belly support, a softer pillow would have been better. The pillow part has the same filling as the rest of the product. For those users who prefer a soft pillow, this product may pose some difficulties. For all others, please go an get one. Excellent value for the same money as the other one-sided pillows.
Perfect November 18, 2008 Nathan D. Bump (Sacramento, CA USA) Great...exactly what my wife needed! Wraps around the body perfectly and supports with ease!
Awesome November 16, 2008 Shredded Cabbage (Macomb, MI) I got this thing for my wife, she's 10 weeks so it's a little early still, but she's hooked. In fact, if she could, she would take this thing in the car or even on a flight. She's turned into a live, female version of Linus (the guy off of Charlie Brown with the blanket that he took everywhere). The good thing is, is that she loves this. The bad thing is, is now, she just wants to sleep all the time! (Apparently, the mix of hormones in the first trimester makes you pretty worn out, so don't take that personal, it was just a joke ladies). Anyway, this was $59.99 when I bought it, and I can't find anything remotely close for that price and quality. Oh, and it does have a zip off cover for the pillow (I was thinking about getting a pillow case for it but since it came with this one, it's functional, so forget about matching it up with your sheets).
A Godsend for Pregnancy-related Back Pain November 10, 2008 L. Foster (Shenandoah, VA) This thing is big, yes, but there's still enough room for me, the pillow, husband, and 60 pound dog in our queen sized bed. Granted, it does make for awkward cuddling since it envelopes you in a cocoon of support and slumber-inducing comfort, but you can always cuddle with your significant other some other time. My back was in serious pain as my ligaments loosened and I'm so glad I bought this. I thought it was pricey, but you can use it as a nursing pillow after the baby comes so it'll be nice to have in our bedroom post-delivery. It does look ridiculous and has been coined "the pool boy" in my house, but this thing is a honestly a lifesaver. Just buy it and get a good night's sleep for a change.
Excellent Product October 26, 2008 K. Foulds (Harrisburg, PA) Pros Excellent support of legs, hips, belly, and back Wake feeling refreshed Pretty essential for sleep Cons Large size- takes up more than half of queen size bed Interferes with cuddletime with hubby Does not travel well due to size (it is essential for sleep every night!)
