Editorial Reviews:

Amazon.com Product Description

Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers offer soft, cloth-like comfort and feature stretchy leg gathers and closure tabs. In addition to keeping baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash, the absorbent polymer in these diapers is non-toxic and non-irritating to baby's sensitive skin.

All-Natural Natural Comfort for Your Child
Seventh Generation Chlorine-Free Diapers are made with your baby and your environment in mind. The chlorine-free materials and absorbent polymers used in the diapers help keep your baby dry in between changes and through the night. In addition to being effective at keeping baby dry and reducing the risk of diaper rash, studies show that the absorbent polymer used in the diapers is non-toxic and non-irritating to baby's sensitive skin.

Hypo-allergenic and offering soft, cloth-like comfort and premium absorbency, these diapers are made of chlorine-free absorbent materials that do not contribute to dioxin pollution. They feature super-stretchy resealable closure tabs and super-stretchy leg gathers that work to provide your baby with a comfortable, safe, close-fitting thin diaper.

Why Does Chlorine-Free Matter?
Your choice of our chlorine free diapers could help reduce cancer rates. Your choice of chlorine-free diapers helps reduce the amount of dioxin polluting our air, water and soil, and helps make the world a safer, healthier place for your family and generations to come.

When chlorine and chlorine derivatives are used in industrial processes (such as bleaching paper and wood pulp), they produce substances called chlorinated hydrocarbons, which persist in the environment, accumulate in animals and people, and can be toxic to human and environmental health. The production of chlorine can also release the toxic metal mercury into the environment.

If every household in the U.S. replaced just one 40-count package of conventional diapers with these chlorine-free diapers, we could avoid 133,000 pounds of pollution from entering the environment.

5 out of 5 stars Terrific diapers!   November 23, 2008
wylev (New York, NY United States)
Great diapers. I love the fact that they're as "natural" as they come AND work as well as they do. They do, however, run small in size... which is fine for us since we're on Stage 1-2. We haven't experienced any leakage yet. I would highly recommend these.

5 out of 5 stars great diaper, great price   November 23, 2008
Abigail Foster
These are the best diapers. Good fit, absorbent, no bleach. My daughter gets a rash when I used bleached diapers. This is a great price!

4 out of 5 stars Great for Going Green   November 22, 2008
Julia Osborn (Hill Country, TX)
Great diapers...but don't go by the weight on the packaging. My 24 lb, 16 month old is in the Stage 5. The Stage 4 started leaking like other reviewers have said so we just went up a size and haven't had any problems with the fit. The only issue I've had is I had half a package of diapers that had the back flaps glued to the bottom, when pulled apart the diapers ripped and were unuseable. I contacted Seventh Generation Customer Service and never received a response...hence, only 4 stars because of poor customer service.

5 out of 5 stars Best dipes   November 21, 2008
Kelly K. Hotelling (Charlotte, NC)
My daughter is now 16 months old and we have been using these dipes from the beginning, minus a few packs of Pampers we got as a shower gift. The pampers mixed with pee gave off a horrible smell, I assume it's from the bleaching chemicals used to make the diaper white? Then we tried some Natural Baby ones when 7Gen changed their tabs that I did not like. Now those were some diapers that leaked! So, back to 7Gen we come.

These dipes far outweigh any others! I don't understand the negative reviews seen here. We do not have leaks at all. She can go all night with no problems.

5 out of 5 stars Great diapers, but be mindful..they run small!   November 21, 2008
Myn
I really like these diapers. I wanted to cloth diaper, but my husband didn't, so these are our compromise. I know they are better for my daughters skin- it only looks irritated if we use huggies or pampers. Plus, they're better for the environment than other disposable diapers. The only downside, which isn't a downside once you figure it out, is that they run almost a size smaller than other diapers. When she was in newborn pampers, she was in size 1 7th generation. Now that she's in a size 1 in pampers and huggies, she's in a size 2 7th generation. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.
