Love, love, love this pillow. I am not pregnant, I just have back issues. This pillow is very supportive. I use my regular pillow and just flip this body pillow around and it works fantastic for me. I've had it for a month now, and it feels just as good as the first day I got it.

This is a fantastic pillow and a great way to make the night and daytime sleep during pregnancy much more comfortable. I got this pillow around month 4 and slept super-comfortably without waking at night AT ALL until month 9. The great aspect of this pillow is that its shape provides equal support for each side, so you can change sides comfortably at night without varying of putting too much pressure on the belly and/or breasts. The filling is reasonably soft - soft enough to ensure comfortable sleep yet firm enough to provide the necessary support. The cover is nice to touch, easy to remove and put back and washes very well. This product is a little expensive but turned out worth every cent and even more. Absolutely recommend this for everyone. It does take some space in bed but not too much. I honestly don't know how I would have managed without it!

This pillow has made my life so much easier. In the early stages of pregnancy, it was just "nice to have," but as time went on, it became more and more necessary for a good night's sleep. Now that I am 8+ months pregnant, it is a life saver!!
At first, it seemed too wide, but at this stage in my pregnancy, I use one side to support my back and the other side to support my stomach. I tried sleeping without it a couple times when we went out of town, and I couldn't get comfortable at all!
It is true that the pillow is really large, so I am lucky that we have a king bed and that my husband still has room to sleep.
The pillow is very soft and comfortable while still being supportive.
If you are in the market for an awesome maternity pillow, I recommend this one!!

I love this pillow. I'm 5'2" and wasn't sure it would work for me, but the size is perfect. It's important to have a fluffy pillow thickness to rest one of my legs on to get pressure off my belly at night. My husband is not so happy about the space it takes up in our queen size bed, but he agrees I'm much happier in the morning. I need less sleep now because it's so comfy and supports my front and back, and when I roll over it's so easy I don't wake up to adjust. My only complaint is the slight scratchiness of the pillowcase that comes with it. So I'm going to try the very expensive fleece cover or the 100% cotton one that you order separately... I also add a soft head pillow to this to prop myself up a little more for the acid reflux problem. I'm 5 months pregnant and wish I had gotten this a month ago. I highly recommend it!

Comfortable enough, though the pillowcase is not as soft as I had expected. But my main issue with it is that it is HUGE. Way bigger than I expected. If you share a bed with someone, expect that person to be shoved to the very edges of the bed. I finally just sliced mine in half and tied a knot in the case, and am using just one side.
