Product Description Leachco All Nighter Total Body Pillow The All Nighter Total Body Pillow is one of the best models of pregnancy pillow on the market. It is one of the only, if not the only model of pregnancy pillow with two different shapes for support. The body pillow from Leachco was designed by a registered nurse to meet the needs of expectant and new mothers. It is the total body maternity pillow. The body pillow from Leachco features three specially designed shapes which connect to work together as one and lend support. The All Nighter features a shorter, wider section for upper body support. In the middle of the body pillow is a longer, rounder section for shoulders, back, buttocks and legs. The Leachco body pillow lends support for carpal tunnel syndrome, hemorrhoids and gastric reflux to name a few. This maternity pillow is great even after pregnancy ends. It is a great body pillow for any adult.

Very Comfortable August 18, 2008 A. Conine (Orlando, FL) I am very happy with this pillow overall. Yes, it is a bit bulky, but the comfort factor far outweighs that small issue. My husband doesn't mind the size of it, and has even begun to enjoy laying against it at night. I use an additional pillow for my head, but the remainder of the pillow supports everything else perfectly. I have not had an issue with it flattening out either. If you're uncomfortable laying on your side consistantly, then I would highly recommend this pillow to you.
Love this pillow! August 13, 2008 Rachel Mcdonald (Tunkhannock, PA USA) This pillow is very comfortable. I think I will continue to use it even when I'm not pregnant!
Finally I can sleep! August 1, 2008 Tammy A. Mouradian (NJ) I got this pillow when I was almost five months pregnant. I really wish I had gotten it sooner. I went through almost a whole month of waking up at least five times a night. Then, the pillow came into my life! I sleep so much better since I'm not worried about rolling onto my back or stomach. My husband is a cuddler, so he's hating the pillow in between us, but we're both happy that I can get more rest at night. I have a king size bed, and yes, it does take up almost half the bed. Also, I wish I could purchase extra pillow cases (maybe I can, but I just haven't figured out how). It is a pain to put the pillow case back on. Overall, the pleasure of waking up less at night makes any negatives inconsequential. I plan on using this through all my future pregnancies, even if I have to buy a new one each time.
THIS IS AWFUL July 14, 2008 C. Shelton-Lopata 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Too thick, to short, and uncomfortable. I had a different body pillow before that I loved, but didn't want to spend $100 on a new one, so I got the cheapy based on these recommendations, I used it once and I HATE IT. 1. OVER filled so you are propped up in weird places (your head is high, and legs are high, while your center is drooping down). 2. Cover does not go back on once it is washed it is HORRIBLE. It is cut so there are larger and smaller parts on the cover, my husband and I both could not get this thing back on. 3. the curve at the neck base is sharp so you either have to have your arm over the top so you can rest your head on it or you have to scoot way down so it doesn't cut into your shoulders. 4. Base is too thick to support your belly 5. Fluffing or flattening the pillow doesn't work, it is stuffed to the max 5. I am 5'3 and it comes to the top of my knees on one side and if it is cutting into my shoulder in the top it will come to my lower back. 6. To keep your whole hip/let supported you need to have your legs really bent as shown the pictures. 7. It doesn't fold up or lay neatly anywhere 8. Not breathable SPEND THE EXTRA $40 AND BUY THE COMFORT U WITH FIBER FILL, IT BREATHS, IS ADJUSTABLE WITH THE THICKNESS IN AREAS, AND IS LONG ENOUGHT TO COVER YOUR WHOLE BODY. FOLDS IN 2 SO THAT YOU CAN PLACE IT UNDER YOUR PILLOWS WITH YOU MAKE YOUR BED..... I WISH I WOULD HAVE STUCK WITH THAT...
Pillow July 9, 2008 Everything is great with this product except a couple of things, it's hard to remove and replace the cover when cleaning. Also, the top portion of the pillow is not very soft. Overall it's a good buy for support while sitting or sleeping.
