Broke after 3 months of use-Bad Customer Service!!! October 15, 2008 Kristina Kristina The ties on this item broke off after only 3 months of use. Very cheaply made. I purchased this item at a Toys R US but could not return it without a receipt which I had misplaced. They wouldn't even do an even exchange...I tried calling the makers of this product directly (SunshineKids) which was a waste of time because although they have a one year warranty, you have to show proof of purchase. The only way to show proof of purchase is with a receipt. Well, things happen and sometimes you lose receipts which I did, so basically there is nothing that can be done. What a waste of $10 bucks as it is now headed for the trash can.
Good, but not held down enough... September 20, 2008 Renee Miles (Camp Pendleton, CA) Great concept, however even with the ties to hold it down, they're not very durable. Though it is def doing it's job and my 2 year old isn't ruining my leather seats! So far so, so good!
Needs to be stronger September 7, 2008 Diane Leonard (Washington) Great concept and the mesh pocket is very handy. The product however, comes apart at the seams, and tears easily away from it's trim. I have gone through a few now because I liked the color and pocket, but will be trying another type.
This thing is a piece of %$#@! August 2, 2008 Kathryn A. Wilson Broke/ripped in 3 days! Little legs can rip it no problem. Waste of money. Do not buy!
Good for the money July 10, 2008 E. McGahee (Saluda, VA) This seat protector was easy to install and covers the entire back of our truck seat. It's pretty durable considering my 2.5 year old played with it in the house for a few days and didn't damage it. It was easy to install and I haven't had to adjust it yet. The mesh holds a few books and that's about it.
