I love this book! December 27, 2008 DU (AZ United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am 5 months pregnant and my husband bought me this book for Christmas (after a little hinting on my part!). I love this book, it is SO informative and easy to read. I am glad I am reading this now before I have the baby because 1) it gives me alot of good information to stockpile and pick and choose from, and 2) I'm not sure I will have the time to read it after the baby is born! This is my first child, so I know many pieces of basic information, but I love the charts, descriptions, and milestone trackers in this book, I am half-way through reading it and I feel I have already learned so much. I will be keeping it in my baby's nursery and I know I will refer back to it in the future, I have already dog-eared certain pages for quick future reference!
A must have for all new parents December 13, 2008 Joyce Nikolic-boylan (Stamford, CT) I am a new mom and this book is excellent. My husband and I turn to it everyday when we have a question about our new baby. This book is a must have for new parents. I don't know what I would have done without it.
Why didn't I have this book 30 years ago. December 12, 2008 Robert D. Brown (Kansas City, MO) This is one of the best book for parents that I have ever read. It answers all the questions that any one would want to know. I have given this book to all my friends. R Dean Brown
great book December 7, 2008 H. DINA (SAINT LOUIS, MO USA) I love this book. It's got a little bit of everything you need to know. The "reality checks" spread throughout the book help to keep everything in perspective so you know when something is important and when it's normal.
Must have!!! November 24, 2008 Talon's Mommy (Las Vegas, NV, USA) This book is awesome! It was recommended to me by a friend. I read the whole thing before I had my baby and then went back after he was born and used it for a reference. It has almost every little question you can think of related to day to day care of a baby. I will give it as a gift to future expectant parents.
