3 out of 5 stars Don't buy clear!   October 28, 2008
C. Tormey (Santa Barbara, CA)
First off, do NOT get the clear. I have the white and was trying to preserve the look. I've had it for less than 8 weeks and it's already yellowing. Mine also didn't come with the promised LCD screen film, which was annoying. I had to buy my own.

Tha case itself does what it says, hence the 3 stars and not one. It's thin, unobtrusive, and doesn't pick up a lot of lint. It covers the corners securely, and I never worry about it in my purse or anything. It leaves most of the screen open, which is nice. I agree with the person that said the seam around the edges is annoying, but for a third of what they charge at the Apple store, and for something with good grip and protection, it's not noticeable enough to be a deal breaker. I'd say go for it... just don't get clear.

5 out of 5 stars Great Value   October 7, 2008
Maria K (Cleveland, OH)
Don't bother with the $20-25 skins at the Apple Store. This skin fits the 3G well without adding bulk and makes the phone feel less fragile when it rattling around in my purse. Pair this item with a screen protector to keep the phone looking new.

5 out of 5 stars Does what it says on the tin.   September 30, 2008
Jacob Ratkiewicz
Decent quality case that doesn't add a lot of bulk. I don't imagine it would protect the iPhone from a 4-foot drop onto concrete, but then not a lot would. It has already safeguarded the device through a few smaller bumps and scrapes.

Doesn't come with a screen protector, so you might want to get that separately if you want it.

1 out of 5 stars Don't waste your money!   September 28, 2008
Evan2k (West Palm Beach, FL)
This skin may protect your phone, but it is not worth the $10. There is a seam running all around the phone and it feels lousy in your hand. Spend the extra money and get a brand name skin like the Showcase or the Revo...

5 out of 5 stars Protect your iPhone 3G   September 18, 2008
William Sims (Utopia,TX USA)
The best protector for your iPhone 3G. I love this thing! I have a belt hoster for my iPhone as well. the skin is easy to put on & remove. It holds the phone on the center console of my truck because its silicone it resists sliding around. it's comfortable in a pocket and protected it when i dropped it. It does not added a lot od weight or size. Perfect!
