I had high hopes for this shopping cart cover, and in some respects, it did deliver. Unfortunately it mostly goes unused, and we've started using one of the extra-large, elasticized "floppy" covers instead.
Basically, the cover is very well designed, it's just too small. I love the little side pillows, which can be removed as baby gets bigger. The pockets and toy straps are really useful, and the way the bag rolls up into a neat little duffel is pretty ingenious. The design for attaching the cover to the cart using Velcro would be terrific - if it fit! Unfortunately, this cover is too small to be used properly in an average size shopping cart. I tried it on the carts at Target, and there was no way I could actually wrap the front of the cover around the handle of the cart and attach it with the provided Velcro. If I had, the bottom of the leg openings would sit about five inches ABOVE the seat! I've examined the photo included with the product description closely and concluded that either the one they sent me is much smaller, or the shopping cart used for the photo is incredibly small.
Oh, and one other thing - the color and pattern. Not a big deal, but the color/pattern is not as pictured on the product description. It is indeed a "sage pin dot" - that is, it's sage green with white pin or polka dots.
Overall a great idea for a design, but poorly executed. Unless you're shopping at stores with tiny carts, I'd look for a different style of cart cover.

After looking at many similar cart covers I settled on this one and love it! It provides great comfortable coverage and is easy to put in place with one hand. The side pillows are great especially for little ones who are still a bit wobbly. Worked well in the really big carts at Costco, too! Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend it!

Didn't like the pattern and was expecting the Sage Pin Dot pattern as described, however when I received this, it is blue. Had to pay for shipping again to return the item.

This is a wonderful, well-designed item for children who are capable of sitting in a shopping cart, but may not be big enough to fill up the seat. The pillows help the child feel secure. The straps for toys are a necessity. The entire package folds up nicely into a small duffle bag size with a built in handle. I have used this cover in the larger shopping carts (at Costco) as well as the smaller grocery carts. It easily adapts to both sizes. The cover comes in attractive neutral prints[..].
