It weighs only 11 lbs.(5 kgs.) and is light and easy to carry in its carrying case. Soft fabric makes it snug and cozy for your child. Both the mattress cover and the bed fabric can be machine-washed. The mattress cover and all fabric parts that come into contact with your child have been approved in accordance with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, class 1, eco-certification. You can use the Travel Crib Light for newborns and up until your child is about three years old.

I ordered this for my 6 month old grandchild when she visits. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and ease of use. You can move it from room to room with no problem at all. It comes with its own carrying case which is also very convenient. Just fold and slip under the bed when not in use.

I looked everywhere to find a comfortable, light-weight, and well constructed crib for our 4 month old. We knew we would be traveling often to our in-laws, and our daughter really will only sleep on her back. When she needed to nap, it was wonderful to put her in the travel crib and not worry about her. This is a great product, the mattress is thin but really seems comfortable. The only drawback is that this crib lays on the floor, which can be a cold surface. We just put a sleeping bag underneath the crib to insulate her from the floor, and that worked well for us. The price at amazon.com is the best I found, even with coupons at other sites. Well worth the investment, especially if you think that she can use this until she is 3 years old (very sturdy!). We found kidsline jersey knit playard sheets fit perfectly and cost like $6-7, versus the sheets Baby Bjorn make for this crib which are $40+.

Forget the pack 'n' play - the Baby Bjorn travel crib is here to stay in my home! It's so compact, light, easy to set up, and take down. I even got it to fit into a 29-inch suitcase for an overseas trip! The mattress seems thin but my son didn't seem to care. I think it should be a "must-have" on every baby registry.

Although the mattress doesn't provide the appropiate cushioned support, it is the ideal travel crib to buy. It can be solved by using a good thick blanket.
Very light weight and easy to fold and unfold.
