| Customer Reviews:
Do not, do not buy. Wont last past 1st mess! October 3, 2008 N. Corrieri (USA) DO NOT BUY THIS... We bought something that LOOKED GOOD, and did not pay any attention to how it functioned... Problems: 1) Felt Board/mattress pad is not removable or washable. No sheets designed for it. So if you mess on this, its toast. Poo juice seeps into the foam, its in there with no way to wash it.. 2) It wont fold up into its carrying bag after the 1st use. Just doesnt fit after you assemble some parts 3) Diaper stack is too small for reg diapers 4) the canopy (which is a reason we bought this) cant attach to anything to stay one once you lower the pad 5) Lowest setting, the bed is always uneven 6) Highest setting is too wiggly. Newborn would get startled in this. 7) No multiple heigh settings. But really.. the big thing for us is the lack of ability to clean the mattress pad. Buy a graco, even if you hate the design. Once you become a parent, designs matter less, and functionality and pregmatism overrules.
WE WILL NEVER BUY BABYTREND ANYTHING AGAIN September 24, 2008 liseetsa mann (cincinnati, oh United States) BABYTREND IS CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY. one slat in the mat broke and we called them for a replacement. after 180 days there is no warranty and they wanted to charge us $20 for the mat and $7 shipping. they wanted us to send a check or money order and after it cleared they would send it to us. our baby didn't do anything but sit and stand in it. that is just crazy for them not to replace their own broken product. chicco sent us a replacement high chair cushion in two days after we accidentally saturated it and it didn't dry completely. i will never buy a BABYTREND anything again.
