Product Description Patapaum's Baby and Toddler Carriers allow you to continue shopping, walking, hiking, or doing housework while you are being hugged by the one you love, your baby! Heavy babies and toddlers are easily managable using the lightweight yet super strong Patapum Toddler Carrier. The shoulder straps are attached to the hipbelt, distributing weight very efficiently. Side straps give back support to the toddler keeping him close to the center of gravity. The waist belt can be adjusted up to 55" which makes it perfect to share between wearers. The Patapum is made of 100% cotton shell and inside straps are made of breathable synthetics that can be machine washed in cold. The Patapum also offers a soft cotton mesh sleeping hood that can be tucked away when not in use. Another unique quality, is the body of the carrier can be tucked and snapped to the waist belt (sleeping hood must be detached). Safety features include: Heavy duty buckles to prevent unexpected openings. Baby's sitting position, with support for the thighs and back, allows for healthy growth of hips, pelvis, and spine. Baby's held close to wearer's center of gravity, allowing for natural movement while walking or working. Large leg openings to avoid chafing of baby's skin. No metal frames that can bump baby's head or frame joints that can pinch baby's fingers. The Patapum Toddler Carrier is one of the best back baby carriers you will find. It is lightweight, comfortable, affordable, and easy to use.

Perfect Soft Carrier for a big baby October 7, 2008 J. Saxton (Cape Cod, MA USA) Love this carrier! My 10 month old is pushing 25 lbs and not walking yet, so I needed something to save the day. This is it. Easy to get him in, rolls up into my bag/stroller when not in use. Errands, cooking, light housekeeping, a nice walk -- all are a breeze with this on. My husband is 6'4" and broad shouldered, I'm petite, but this works comfortably for both of us. Can't say enough good things about it. Not sure how I got through without it!
Soft, lightweight, EASY February 26, 2008 Kpalm (USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was using the Baby Bjiorn prior to this purchase and I have to say, for my one year old this carrier is WAY better. It is a little tricky to learn how to put the baby in the patapum by yourself but after they are in- its GREAT. I don't feel pulling on my back. I walked for 3 miles with my daughter on my back and felt great after. It packs easier, its lightweight, and overall a great purchase. I highly recommend!
