Works great October 16, 2008 Katie O'Brien (NW IN, United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This mirror works when I thought it wouldn't. The different ways it attaches to your car should work with any car. The only bad things is that it moves a little too easily when I put the car seat in the car, and I have to constantly adjust it when I get in the car to make sure I can see my son from the front seat. The other thing that I don't like is that you can't see them in the dark, but I don't know if thats possible with any mirror. I think its cute and I like that it plays music. Great choice!
GREAT....but could use some upgrades. September 18, 2008 Digitjc My husband and I love this product and so does our little girl who's 9 weeks old. She loves looking at the animals and at herself in the mirror. If she tends to get fussy in her carseat, we simply turn the music on and she usually stops fussing and eventually falls asleep. However, in order to start the music, we either have to turn it on before we start driving, or the passenger has to do it (obviously inconvinient if there is only the driver in the car). Also, the batteries didn't last as long as we would have liked, but maybe that was because she loves it so much, we always had to turn it on :D Overall, I find this product great and would recommend it to others.
Musical Mirror with fun toys! July 2, 2008 Kelli McDonald (Chula Vista, CA) This musical mirror saves your sanity when you are a solo driver! It is so stressful to drive with a rear facing baby and not see their status. I was originally going to get a plain gray mirror that matched my upholstery. After having the baby, my priorites changed. Instead of matching for me, I match the rainforest theme for my baby. Thank God I did that! The charming little music selection stops my baby from crying EVERYtime! There is a timer for 20,40, or 60 minutes so you can decide how long you want the music on. It also helps you know how long you have been driving with your baby by himself. The directions for the music are incorrect however; turn the black switch to the LEFT. The hanging animals do obstruct your back view, but my son loves them so much...I think it is worth it!
Cute June 15, 2008 Hi from Honolulu (Honolulu) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
It's cute and works during the day. At night my daughter can't see it so it doesn't do anything to keep her attention. If you don't like to read directions, one thing you need to do, make sure you switch the little black button, otherwise, when you play the music, you only get the demo which lasts for a few seconds. Someone in my family thought it was broken because it only played one music and for only a few seconds...
