this blanket is for a toddler.. not a baby. its not dangerous. if your kid is handicapped then sids is an issue... dont be so overprotective and let your kid have a blanket for christ sake.

I was looking for a down comforter for my baby and finally found this and I think I am satisfied. The quality looks good compared to the price.
However I wished it is square quilted instead of striped quilt.

Babies should not have any blankets in their crib and certainly not a down comforter. It is a well known fact that they can suffocate with items like this. SIDS! Do not buy this irresponsible item!

I can not say enough praise about this product...we have had this blanket for almost 2 years now - my kid LOVES it, it has been through washes numerous times - and it is still beautiful, soft, warm with no wear or damage.....I have been ordering these for all of my girlfriends having babies and have heard nothing but praises from everybody!
