From Babies to 70 years old July 29, 2008 S. Harmon (United States) My husband has prostrate cancer and gets hormone shots, which causes him to get hot flashes and sweats. He needed something on his bed so he wouldn't ruin the mattress. He really sweats alot. I remembered using these waterproof pads when our girls were babies and how great they worked. They still work great and wash great. Thank you for helping us through this hard time.
Great for Co-Sleeping! June 22, 2008 Mom from Boston I have 2 of these pads and am ordering lots more. They are super soft and wonderful at catching leaking breast milk, spit up, throw up etc. in a co-sleeping arrangement. Definitely soft enough to be next to baby's skin.
Absorbant, waterproof and attractive June 21, 2008 H. Salisbury (Chicago, IL United States) Works as advertised - it stops leaks. I like the design as well. It gets a bit fuzzy after washing but does not look bad. You can also cut it if you want to customize it to something.
Does the job, but falls apart quickly. June 4, 2008 K. (central Ohio, USA) I use this as a mattress pad in my son's crib, and it does a good job of soaking up diaper leaks. It is a nice large size that covers most of the crib, since my son like to essentially do gymnastics all over the place in his crib when he sleeps, so you never know what corner he'll end up in. My only complaints are: 1 - it "pills" and shreds a LOT after washing, so I will probably have to buy more before my son is six months old. 2 - since it doesn't attach to the mattress in any way, it can be difficult to situate between the mattress and the sheet without any lumps. However, overall, it's a good product that I use all the time, and since it's decently priced, it's worth buying in my opinion. Grade: B+
these are huge! June 1, 2008 Indulgent Aunt Wow! When they say they are crib sized, they aren't kidding. It will protect your crib mattress from end to end. Washed for first time according to instructions, they came out just fine. Intend to buy more of these as the first ones get worn.
