Even nicer in person September 16, 2008 The Cat (Nueva Jersey) I wanted a nice neutral soft plush velvety crib set. The velvet sets are very expensive and area often not machine washable. I registered for and received this set yesterday. The price was right and the laundering is easy. It is so soft and plush and has a really nice look. It's a tad lighter in person than my computer showed but I really really like the color, more of a tan than a mocha but I'm even more pleased about this shade. Feels a lot like a teddy bear or something and I just love it.
Flashback! August 22, 2008 M. M. Hodges Does anyone remember the Harvest Gold color of the 70's? Well, that's what color this bedding is. A more up-to-date description would be Camel. It just was nowhere near what I expected, especially once it was washed. It is too light to be Mocha. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, the fabric had considerable pilling once washed. The Organic factor was a consideration, but one has to know that this set is far too inexpensive to be truly organic. I did send it back, free of charge, and was credited the total cost in a very timely fashion.
Great Product! June 19, 2008 AJ (Orlando, FL) It's beautifully made, so soft and comfortable. Wish they make it for the twin and full size bed.
Just as I had hoped! March 12, 2008 Shel (Massachusetts) We bought this bedding for our first born because we wanted something neutral that could be used again for either a boy or a girl. I did not seek out the bedding because it claimed to be organic, but it was a nice touch! I just washed the entire bedding set and put it on the crib and we love it! It's such a warm color and goes with any and everything! The only complaint is that when we washed and dried the bumper, the top edge of the bumper was rather "pilly", but you can easily remove it yourself by hand. Other than that - the price is great in comparison to the bedding sets purchased in the stores ($200+), and we are extremely happy with the purchase! I'd certainly recommend this product!
nice blanket November 5, 2007 H. Yin (Cupertino, CA United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I like the blanket, it's large, and soft. I would order another one, if i didn't have concern about whether it's real organic. the blanket is made in china. i wonder who certify organic cotton in china. If it's not organic, it's not worth it's price tag.
