This set is very tasteful-yet-fun, unlike some of the tacky-looking, busy-patterned ones you see all the time. And the animals are very cute; my daughter enjoyed the ones on the crib bumper especially. But geez, the material is rough to the touch. The quilt is so stiff, and too small to be useful, really.

This is a gorgeous crib set! It is exactly what we were wanting for our new son's room. If you are TIRED of the usual primary colors for boys - red, yellow, blue - then you will definitely love this set.

This is an absolutely gorgeous set, very happy with quality and appearance. Sheet is a little tight on the mattress, but my mattress is slightly larger than non-standard (about an inch larger all round). Bumper fits very tightly around the crib leaving virtually no space to get so much as a finger trapped. Only complaint was that the set is packed SO tightly in the bag that the sheet and ruffle were unbelievably crunched up and it took a couple of washings and ironings to get the creases out. Otherwise it's a lovely set, great for a boy or girl and goes with many different color schemes. Nice to have matching items also available (I also bought blankets and will be getting other accessories) though you will have to search or make your own if you want to match it with things like curtains, lamps/shades etc.
