Product Description Whether flying on an airplane or traveling by train or bus, it is safest and most comfortable for your child to be in a car seat. But traveling with a young child, their seat, and your carry-on can be tricky. Not anymore. The Traveling Toddler strap allows you to attach your LATCH and top tether equipped toddler's car seat to a rolling carry-on suitcase. Simply attach the LATCH and top tether straps from the car seat to the Traveling Toddler and adjust the straps so that the car seat is held securely on the suitcase. Once adjusted, the car seat can be detached and reattached to the suitcase in seconds. Lift the handle of your carry-on bag and you have a fun new stroller. Now there's an easy and inexpensive way to take your toddler's car seat and other gear on your trip. You do not have to buy a special seat or suitcase. As long as your suitcase handle locks in place, you can push it like a stroller. Your hands are free for check in and its simple to unhook for security. Keep your child safe and comfortable in their own seat instead of squirming around in a seat made for an adult, or worse, squirming around on your lap. The Traveling Toddler has been tested with most major car seat brands including Graco, Eddie Bauer, Cosco, Evenflo, and Britax, and a variety of carry-on suitcases and has worked with every combination. It is important that the telescoping handle of your suitcase locks in place. If not, it might not stay extended when you try to push your child in front of you, though you would still be able to pull them. If flying, make sure that your car seat is FAA approved before traveling. The Traveling Toddler strap is made from heavyweight polypropylene webbing that will withstand 900 lbs of force. When not in use it easily slips in the pocket of your carry-on. As with any other wheeled child carrier, do not use the Traveling Toddler on stairs or escalators. Car seat and suitcase sold separately. Patent pending.

This thing is awesome! December 2, 2008 Rob Gorman (Norcross, GA) Once you get the hang of attaching it, this thing is great! Our daughter thought it was so cool, she wanted to ride in the car seat attached to the suitcase rather than in the stroller. It also tucks away in a pocket when you don't need it so you can take it anywhere -- the only downside of this is trying to remember where you tucked it away!
Great travel gadget November 19, 2008 Jeff Kormanik (Oregon) This product worked very well. We were able to wheel our heavy car seat AND child around the airport easily. Disconnecting the car seat from the carry-on at the gate took 2 seconds, also very nice. And the strap that holds the seat to your bag fits in your pocket. If you have a sturdy, wheeling carry-on, I highly recommend this product.
Cheap and easy solution! November 16, 2008 Marisa R. Randazzo (Reno, NV) I had to travel with my 2-yr old daughter on a business trip recently and found this item online. It provided a very inexpensive and easy solution to taking her and her car seat through the airport quickly. With it, I didn't have to check luggage and was able to wheel her around with ease. I had looked into buying the convertible car seat that has wheels - but it cost over $250. This product was under $20 and worked just as well!!
Stay away! November 15, 2008 Mahmmie3 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
This is a very poorly designed product. It does not work well at all. We have returned this. My husband bought some materials from a home materials store and made an absolutely great one for less than $3.00. This is a horrible product. Either save your money and make your own (not hard at all) or else spend the money on a better design.
A stress reducer, November 15, 2008 Stephanie Hunt (York, PA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This was just what we needed for our trip to Jamaica. We strapped the (Graco Eddie Bauer) car seat on a 22" carry-on and then strapped our 3 year old in and it worked like a charm. We made sure that the top tether of the latch system for the car seat was as close to the car seat as possible and didn't have any problems with it scraping the ground. We got down all those long runways with ease. I read earlier reviews and thought it might be a pain to get on and off to go through the x-ray machines but we had no problem. It gave me peace of mind knowing she was right with my luggage and she loved the ride. We didn't have to worry about lugging the car seat either. However, I think the best part was the looks and comments we got from people at the airports. It was well work the money.
