Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Flo provides a simple solution to bath-time challenges. This unique product diverts the flow of water, creating a gentle waterfall, while providing a protective faucet cover to guard against injury. Flo also functions as a bubble bath dispenser.

Simply attach this handy device to the bath tub faucet with the included spring-activated grip -- requires no assembly or special installation. When the water is turned on, it's diverted into a stream that extends up to 12" in front of the faucet, creating a gentle waterfall that makes rinsing your hair easy. The soft material on the front edge of Flo helps protect against injuries caused by bumping or scraping against the faucet. Parents can fill the bubble bath reservoir and let children dispense bubbles into the water by pressing the button on the front. Measures 7 1/4" x 4" x 3".

Amazon.com Hands-On Review
For most kids, taking a bath is all fun and games…until it's time for shampooing. Granted, leaning back into the unknown, getting suds in the eyes, allowing Mom or Dad to pour cups full of water over your head, or banging your noggin on the faucet—none of this would be on a grownup's list of favorite things to do, either. So kids and parents will both be tremendously relieved to discover Flo, a water deflector and faucet cover that turns a regular bathtub faucet into a gentle, safe waterfall. Children won't mind leaning back into the soft spray of water, especially since the rubbery material of the deflector will make any inadvertent bumps pain-free. However, the chance of bumps is much less because Flo redirects the downward stream of water out and away from the faucet. The entire shampooing process will take place many inches away from the source of most injuries. No need for bathers to contort their bodies anymore to get directly under the flow. Best of all (for image-conscious parents), Flo is handsomely designed, sleek and stylish—no yellow duckies here! When it's time for a grownup shower, the shower diverter remains accessible through the upper portion of the faucet cover, so you won't need to remove it after every bath. Let It Flo
Installation of the Flo couldn't be easier. Just squeeze the top and bottom sections together and fit over bathtub faucet. Make sure the front of the faucet extends over the inside flap, and that the shower diverter is accessible through the top opening.

Bubbles, With Little Toil or Trouble
A one-touch bubble bath dispenser releases liquid bubble soap into the flow of water, ensuring a tub full of fluffy, foamy fun. Pour liquid bubble bath into the reservoir at the top end of the Flo, then press the green button on the lower end where the water comes out.

Pros
Kids of all ages will love playing in the soothing spray from the deflector, and will be far less likely to resist a shampoo rinse when it's under a "waterfall." Flo's simple design is attractive to grownups and children alike.

Cons
Although the cover is designed to fit easily over any standard bathtub faucets, there are definitely some faucets that it will fit better—or worse—than others. The Flo is easy to attach…but it can be fairly easy to remove, too, which is not always ideal when it's a curious one-year-old doing the detaching. The bubble dispenser does not always work optimally, but presumably that's not what most parents will be looking for in a protective cover/water deflector, anyway. And with some engineering (a.k.a. wiggling the cover around), the bubble dispenser issues can often be resolved. --Emilie Coulter

2 out of 5 stars fits, but beware!   September 28, 2008
A. Langston (New York, NY)
Ok, so it fits over our weird lift up shower valve and it protects the kids from the sharp edge of the faucet, but it grows mold an is pretty gross. I soaked it in bleach ad it smells better but it didn't really get the stains off. Also, the soap drips out if you leave it in. Wastes the bubble bath and makes for a slippery surprise in the morning when you step into the bath tub. I haven't seen any other product that fits over our faucet, so I'm keeping it for now, but i don't love it.

2 out of 5 stars Doesn't fit all faucets   September 2, 2008
C. Dionisio (Orlando, FL)
It is a great concept, but didn't fit my system. I just sent it back. But I would recommend it to anyone with an older, smaller tub faucet.

4 out of 5 stars I like it.   September 1, 2008
ChopStixs (Maricopa, AZ)
It doesn't work as well as I had hoped for making bubbles for the kids, but it does "waterfall" effect the water away from the spout which is a big safety plus.

4 out of 5 stars Overall good item   August 25, 2008
Barbara Wilkinson (Arlington, TX)
Overall this is a good item. I purchased this from Babies r Us after seeing it online. I have a six year old who takes showers and a two year old who takes baths. I like not having to remove it every time to turn the shower on. It does stay on the faucet very well, which I thought it would slip off easily. The only two thing I did not like was that it is made of a hard plastic. I guess it covers up the sharp edges on the faucet but if your child were to hit there head I think they would still get hurt but not as bad if there were nothing covering the faucet. Second the so called bubble dispenser. Great idea but it didn't work well. Not sure if solution was too thick. Other then that my girls look how the water comes out and splashes them.

5 out of 5 stars No more worries   August 16, 2008
Rickey C. Mummert Jr. (Hanover, PA)
Great product. Very easy installation. Now we don't have to worry about our youngest son hitting his head on the sharp edge of the tub faucet.
