Better than wrecking my knees on the tile floor July 25, 2007 S. M. McDermott I find the TubSider is comfortable to kneel on and to rest my arms on while I am lifting and lowering my baby into the tub but those comfortable gel pads never stay in place and I'm always put them back which is a pain. Also, the TubSider folds up so it can rest against the tub but it still takes up space which can be a problem in a small bathroom.
Love the seat June 27, 2007 J. L. Acevedo The seat portion has done wonders for my back and it's great to have the padding for my knees, but it's irritating that the pads aren't attached and they continue to move. My daughter also likes to grab up the pads for the elbows. Overall if you can deal with these minor things, than it's great for posture, knees, and back.
Really helps June 26, 2007 Caitlinsmom (Florida) This is the best way I have found to help with the discomfort of leaning over while giving a bath. The only thing that would make it better is if there was one more pad in the middle for when you lean in and use both arms. All in all it was worth buying
Best Baby Product! March 9, 2007 Bob Fraundorf (El Cerrito, CA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is the only baby gift that we received that we still use. It may look like a really silly idea, but it is very conventient for bathing the young ones every night. Give it as a gift and your friends will thank you - maybe not right away, but definitely after they use it for a while and learn to appreciate it.
Incredible idea - POOR DESIGN March 6, 2007 Chicago Mom 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I cannot believe how flimsy this product is. The blue gel pads slide all over the place because they don't attach in any real way. The suction cups don't hold. The blue "seat" falls out as I sit on it and lean forward. Come on! I only weight 110 lbs! I've been using this for a weak and now I'm considering getting rid of it altogether because I spend more time trying to fix the pads and the seat than I do enjoying my daughter's bath time.
