Almost as good as it seems... December 2, 2008 Leesa Atkinson This is a great full length bath mat that definitely keeps my 1-year old son from slipping and sliding all over the tub! The only thing is that there are so many suction cups on the bottom (which is a good thing), but they don't all stay put. MOST of them do, but the part by the bath drain doesn't stay suctioned to the tub. This hasn't been a problem for us, and I may just not have inserted it properly. But even with that, I would DEFINITELY recommend this product.
Major Pain to Clean! November 5, 2008 CJ I don't just find this thing annoying to clean, it's a major pain. After only a couple of uses, it will mildew so you definitely HAVE to hang it up after each and every use. I can throw it in the washer (on hot) with okay results, but since it's see-through, I spend a lot of time cleaning it so I can't see the mildew which drives me nuts (we have a white tub so it really shows up). Also, at least in our tub, it doesn't stick that well. It definitely bunches up and since I remove it after each use, I am constantly trying to get it to stick, to no avail...In my opinion, this is a major drawback, hence the 2 stars.
No sliding July 18, 2008 S. Miller I like this mat because it covers the length of the bathtub. The texture keeps my son from sliding when he's taking a bath. It's better than those little appliques that we applied to the bottom of the tub when I was a kid!
Worked for us February 25, 2008 Renee Miller (Arizona) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I wanted to get a bath mat that covered the entire length of the bathtub as we had troubles getting our toddler to stay seated. When he does manage to stand up, the textured surface keeps him from slipping. There are plenty of suction cups to keep the mat secured to the tub. Cleaning it isn't that fun, but that's not surprising. After about a year, we had to replace it because it was starting to look moldy no matter how much I scrubbed. Overall, it was worth the money.
Great mat! February 8, 2008 J. Reul 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This is a great bath mat that fits the entire length of the tub. Minor drawback-You do have to hang it up to dry after each use or else it will mildew very quickly.
