| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description As an expecting mother you want to make sure your baby is healthy and fetal movement is an excellent indicator of a baby's well-being. Using kick counting to track your baby's movements during the third trimester will help maintain a safe and healthy pregnancy and can help to reduce the risk of stillbirth. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends kick counting as one of the methods to monitor pregnancy health. Designed and developed by Dr. Diep Nguyen, a board certified obstetrician/gynecologist and a mother of three, kickTrak is a safe, non-invasive, handheld device to help you keep a reliable record of your baby's movements. kickTrak will also allow you to alert your doctor of any potential problems through visualization of significant changes. Dr. Nguyen has supported kick counting as a measure to prevent stillbirth for over 15 years. kickTrak allows you to track your progress from the beginning of your pregnancy and begin kick counting between 24 to 28 weeks. The device counts and times each movement as you enter it, stores and recalls the ten most recent sessions, counts down the last 99 days of your pregnancy, and times contractions when labor begins. features Counts and times each movement as you enter it Stores and recalls the ten most recent sessions Tracks the progess of your pregnancy Counts down the last 99 days of pregnancy Times contractions Easy to use Bilingual in English and Spanish Replaces misplaced papers Provides a reliable record of your baby's movements Keeps you in touch with your baby Gives you confidence in your baby's well-being Helps decrease the risk of stillbirth Specifications: Size: 5.0" X 1.5" X 1.2" (130 X 37 X 30 mm) Display: LCD in English or Spanish Power Supply: Alkaline AAA batteries x 2 (included) Battery Life: Approximately one year Warranty: 90 days Compliance: RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substance Directive), CE, FCC
