Good product, needs more features November 21, 2008 Paul E. Higginbotham Overall this product works well, the battery is a pain & seems to run out very easily when using the video frequently (I can live with this though). What I don't like though is the video/audio is not encrypted, this needs to be fixed.
Esential for worried parents!! August 10, 2008 J. Cook (Seattle, USA) We kept telling ourselves that a video monitor was extravagent and unnecessary, but after visiting a friend who had one and realising just how re-assuring it was to be able to peek in or just gaze lovingly at our sleeping baby without risking floor creaks and door squeaks we caved. It also made sleep training a bit less stressful when we could see our baby and know she was ok, not hanging out of the crib, hurt, etc!) I will honestly say that out of the enormous number of baby-related items we have purchased (yes...first time parents!) this has been the one item that we LOVE the most and could NOT do without. Our only complaint is that we waited five months to get it! What a difference it would have made to be able to check on baby and then roll over and go back to sleep!
cant live w/out it July 28, 2008 Amber L. Jeakins (reno nv usa) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
this is the third one i have bought. after my son (who is now3) was born it was my favorite purchas. gives you such peace of mind. i bought one for my brother when his son was born. he and his wife feel the same way. and most recently i bought a second one for my new baby. i still use the one for my son so needed another. i imagin i will use them until they move out of the house, because im worried about them, no, because its a great way to see what their up to naughty or nice.
Great tool for nervous moms July 24, 2008 Aaron C. Phipps (East Cost) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My wife was a wreck at night when the babies were sleeping she wanted to check on them 10 times a night. So i got her 2 of these Summer video monitors one in Pink for our daughter and a sliver one for our son. She can finally relax and i can get some sleep. She loves them with the exception of they have little static once in a while but our bedroom is quite far from there bedrooms and they work much better when they are closer.
