Safe, Convenient, Versatile Travel System for Families on the Go
The travel system allows you to shop at the mall, go for walks at the park, and enjoy day trips with ease: the car seat snaps easily in and out of the car base and is designed to fit perfectly into the stroller--you'll find this especially convenient if your baby has been lulled to sleep by the car and you don't want to disturb his nap! Simply snap car seat out of the stay-in-car base and into the stroller and go, sleeping baby undisturbed. You can also carry the car seat by its handle to easily and safely transport your infant. Purchase additional car seat bases for your second family car or for the grandparents' car as a cost-effective, convenient, and versatile travel option.

Versatile Car Seat Doubles as Carrier
The SnugRide Infant Car Seat is a standard, rear-facing car seat is designed for infants between 5 and 22 pounds and less than 29 inches tall, which allows use for most babies from birth through the age of one. The cushiony car seat is built with a five-point front-adjusting harness and EPS energy-absorbing foam for comfort and superior safety, and it includes removable infant head support for additional safety and security. The seat quickly and easily snaps in and out of the stay-in-car base. A sturdy handle allows the seat to double as an infant carrier, making it convenient and safer to transport fragile newborns and sleeping older infants. It includes a 180-degree rotating canopy to shade your baby from multiple directions.

Sturdy and Versatile
Lightweight yet sturdy, the MetroLite Stroller offers roomy yet easy-to-use travel convenience that's perfect for short jaunts around the block to longer excursions to the zoo. Snap your baby's car seat into the stroller for easy, parent-facing transportation until your little one can sit up by herself; use the stroller without the car seat--with your child facing forward--from the time she can sit up (around 6 months of age) until she is up to 40 pounds in weight--so even when your child outgrows the infant car seat, you'll still be using the stroller for years to come.

The stroller features a combination three- and five-point harness, an adjustable sun visor with a peek-a-boo window, and a multi-position reclining seat. Removable infant head supports provide your baby with an extra-comfy ride. A handy storage basket at the bottom provides plenty of room for your gear or shopping purchases; the parent's organizing tray offers two cup holders and additional storage space, and a rotating child's tray in front can keep a cup, juice-box, or snack in convenient reach while on the go. The one-touch brakes and the locks and suspension on the front swivel wheels help make the stroller easy to maneuver and control. When not in use, the stroller's special one-handed fold design and automatic latch makes it simple to collapse for easy storage and transport.

About Graco
In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers. In 1953, Gray left the firm, leaving Cone as sole owner. Cone decided to manufacture his own line of products, but had trouble coming up with ideas. Enter David Saint, an engineer, tinkerer, and stained glass artisan who worked for Graco. Saint, himself a father of nine, was intrigued when an associate told him how his wife would soothe their tired and cranky baby while swinging in a backyard glider swing. Acting on this inspiration, he went to the drawing board and 18 months of hard work later, the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Graco Swyngomatic, was born. Graco sold millions of Swyngomatics in the coming years, becoming one of the world's leading manufacturers of juvenile products in the process. Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid company, with 1500 associates worldwide. While a half-century has brought many changes to Graco, their dedication and commitment to designing and manufacturing top-quality products remains, and continues on.

5 out of 5 stars Lovely stroller!   November 19, 2008
Cyrca (Orangevale, CA)
I actually spent days and days reading reviews before I finally decided on this stroller. And I must say, my daughter and I both love it! It's easy to use, store and take around and I keep getting compliments all day long. If you don't want a pink stroller for your girl, this is a very sweet stoller in light purple.

4 out of 5 stars Wonderful system   September 2, 2008
M. Manning (Mobile, AL)
Wonderful system. Beautiful blue pattern. Well made, but the basket below is way too small. Folds up very easily, light, and carseat is durable and roomy.

4 out of 5 stars Works :)   August 7, 2008
Natasha Bangera (Philadelphia,PA)
We brought this system after good reviews from friends and also some research online. We have been using this for 2 months. It was easy to set up and also love this color. Looks very nice and baby seems to be comfortable in it. Only con is although the description says MetroLite , its not lite by any standard :)..The Stroller and the car seat both are really heavy , I mostly need my hubby to help me on this. Other than that we are very happy with this product.
