Junk product and horrible customer service November 19, 2008 Marty (West Deptford, NJ United States) Absolute total JUNK!!!!!! The first problem was missing parts. The next problem was now the bearings in the front wheel. I was using the stroller in a easy to navigate place(Philadelphia museum of art) when the front wheel trurned to the side and practically turned the stroller over. I called the company to get the problem resolved but they are very unhelpful. DO NOT BUY BABY TREND PRODUCTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
good buy November 19, 2008 Deena Caruthers (FPO, AP United States) the front tire can be locked in place so it doesnt turn. the brakes are only on the back tires, not on the handle bar.
Front Wheel Self Destruct November 16, 2008 Mike (San Diego, CA USA) I had read some reviews on the front wheel shimmy so was careful to make sure it was tight per the manufacturers instructions. I was jogging along and the second I went into a sprint, the front wheel shook so wildly it went sideways, bent the fork and axle so badly I had to abandon the stroller and carry my son home. I was lucky not to fly over the thing and ram my son face first into the ground. If you've already brought this thing, lock the wheel straight for anything faster than a walk. If you haven't bought it don't. A jogging stroller that goes unstable if you jog is nothing but a terrible design.
Don't Even Try to Jog With This November 10, 2008 Orlando Don (Orlando, Florida United States) Read D Bouley's review above .... I could not have said it better. May I also add that loose joints cannot be tightened as rivets are used in the construction.
Great stroller, good price, LOVE the brand! July 30, 2008 Katie's Mama (Attleboro, MA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
So we've had this stroller for about 10 months now and we LOVE LOVE LOVE it!! Ours is actually the previous model, same exact features, different color. I've used it with my daughter since she was 6 months old, in the infant seat and now without the infant seat, as she's 15 months. It's a smooth ride, it's comfortable for her and it's really easy for Mom and Dad to maneuver. It's got cup holders and a snap close compartment on top, perfect for keys and/or cell phone, there's a pocket on the back of the seat for towel or burp cloth to be able to grab it quickly! And there's a good sized basket underneath for diaper bag or packages if you choose to take it shopping. I WOULDN'T recommend this for a trip to the mall, as you'd have a heck of a time maneuvering through aisles, but out on the roads it's fantastic. We've taken it to the beach, for a walk through the woods and just for your everyday jog through the neighborhood. We had the same trouble with the wheel jerking and shaking but when you lock the wheel it's fine, and it may also just need to be tightened, which hubby did and I've had no problems at all. It folds easy as could be, and yes it's big, but what do you expect from a jogger?? For that matter, all full sized strollers are big when folded!! My only issue with this strolelr is that the back is open to the elements, so in the winter you just have to make sure baby has a hat on and is fully covered to keep warm. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a jogger!
