5 out of 5 stars Expensive features without the expensive price tag!   September 22, 2008
5 Kidz Momma (Wisconsin)
I LOVE this stroller! I have a 5 year old with special needs who we were using the single version of this stroller with. Then we had a newborn and the single was so great I knew I wanted the double version. I needed a seat that would work for both of them. This is it! I have been using this stroller since my baby was born and now she is nearly 6 months old. She has enjoyed it the whole time. It lays back for sleeping and the harness keeps her secure for sitting up. My 5 year old has plenty of room on her side and she doesn't complain at all about riding. Pushes easily and has a hand brake for safety. The only things I do not like are: I would like a different basket underneath - the basket is a little shallow but it is large, it comes with a bag/cupholder/pouch to attach which is nice but I would rather have a larger one, and I wish it folded smaller (but it would not be as nice to use if they made it smaller so I dont see how they could accomplish this one!). Overall it is the best jogging stroller out there!

5 out of 5 stars I love my new double stroller!   July 29, 2008

This was a great buy! It has everything i wanted, its very comfortable for the two or even one, It has a very nice extended sun shade w/ a rain jacket hiding inside the shade that i didnt even know about. It's very comfortable for me to push. Bright beautiful colors. Easy as pie to put together, The front wheel was kinda tricky but we called and she told us how. It came w/ old directions which was weird. I would recomend this stroller to anyone! The free shipping was an added bonus!

1 out of 5 stars PLEASE think twice before buying this!   July 24, 2008
C. Stevens (Michigan)
Originally I scored this heck of a deal on a double jogging stroller last year when I was expecting my 7th child. I wanted it to be able to go jogging after he was born with my now 2 year old. At first I loved it, it is an incredible deal for the price, it has the built in rainshield, it has pockets in lots of places AND came with the extra bottle holder, alot of which other models do not. BUT....there is a major safety issue with this stroller than I think needs to be addressed to the company that makes it.
If you are not careful, this stroller EASILY tips over backwards. On several occassions I have had my toddler stand up (trying to get out as toddlers do) and tip this sucker right over backwards. It took very little effort and the baby was flung upside down. Thankfully he was strapped in and did not launch out of the stroller itself, but never the less my toddler was hung upside down as well,...2 screaming babies, tipped stroller.....not a good situation!

The first time it happened, I figured it was just a fluke ( I had my back turned while shopping, looking at a rack of clothes for just a few seconds, bam that was all it took!! ) But I have actually had this happen a few times if the wind was just strong enough. Seriously....the wind!! The stroller was in the locked position, I was loading my toddler into the van , the wind blew and that sucker went right over and baby was again hanging upside down.

If you order this for older kids, I'm sure it's fine, maybe, but NOT if you have a young tiny baby to put it in and even so watch it very carefully. I am planning to contact the company to see how they plan to resolve this because that is a HUGE danger IMHO. It needs to be redesigned and proportioned/weighted differently so the tip factor is less. I realize that if you put enough weight on any stroller shaped like this in that manner it will tip, but this IMHO is far beyond *excessive*
weight pushing it over! ( a 25 lb toddler or the WIND?!?!).

5 out of 5 stars Exceeded expectations   July 13, 2008
J. Clark (MA)
My problem is that I read so many reviews when researching an item that I always either find one ot two bad reviews out of many that cause me to stress way too much about the purchase that either I overspend for a higher rated item or abandon the idea altogether. Let me just say that this is one of those items where, after finding some discouraging reviews, I just decided to bite the bullet and buy it anyway.
It was a good decision because this thing is absolutely great. I honestly have no complaints about it. It's comfortable for both my 8 month and 2 1/2 year old, it's sturdy, quite manuverable, and good for either an afternoon stroll through the zoo or a jog down a paved or dirt road. It has some room to store your gear underneath as well as some drinks and snacks up top. Don't think your going to walk this thing through Pottery Barn or something because it's too big for that. But, most rational people understand that a "jogging stroller" is not supposed to take the place of a normal stroller, which is meant for shopping, among other things. It does however suit the purpose it was made for very well. And you can't beat the price.

4 out of 5 stars Great for walking two kids   July 9, 2008
J. J. Killins (Shoreview, MN, USA)
Great jogger that we use for walking. Our baby is 3.5 months old, so I can't yet attest to its jogging abilities as he's too young for the running aspect, BUT it's been great for getting the two kids out and mama a walk! It pulled a little to the right when we first assembled it, but my husband was able to correct that and now it goes nice and smooth and straight! I only gave it 4 stars because of not being able to attest to its jogging abilities yet, otherwise it's great!
