Its okay November 24, 2008 Priscilla Burlington (Cayman Islands) I was really excited to get this product, but now that I have it ..... I'm kinda up in the air about it. I'm finding the buckles really difficult to unbuckle - they are really stiff. The front that is suppose to zip up for infant safety is not zipping - the zippers just don't seem to line up. I'm not sure why not. I think it would a better stroller for toddlers. I do like the net at the back which will allow good ventilation - we live in a warm climate, so this is really nice feature. I'm also disappointed in the plainness of this stroller. The Navy Blue is just ..... blah. The ad's made it sound like the stroller was really eye catching - in real life it actually looks pretty cheap and basic. Perhaps another color would have been better. This looks like a $30.00 stroller. Also the stroller came with very little instructions - therefore we have no idea how to remove the cloth bits to wash them. I'm still trying to work out how to fold it.
THE ABSOLUTE BEST STROLLER EVER!!!! October 16, 2008 QBs Mom (Long Island, NY) I researched strollers obsessively for 5 months prior to choosing the Zooper Waltz. I read every review on the internet, spoke to other moms, stopped random moms at stores to ask about their strollers and test drove all of them at the stores. My finalists were Maclaren Quest Sport, Britax Vigour, Baby Planet, Graco Metrolite, and the Zooper Waltz. My must haves were: - Lightweight, less than 18 pounds - Full flat recline - Decent size storage basket - Child Tray - Quality Materials Based on my reviews and discussions, I finally narrowed it down to the 2008 Zooper Waltz. The Waltz had it all...it almost seemed too good to be true. Well this stroller far surpassed my needs!!! Besides having all of the above, its has an amazing canopy that comes all the way down for napping, the back unzips and exposes black netting so that when its hot the baby has ventilation. The footrest comes up and forms a "bassinet" for when the baby is sleeping. This stroller also comes with a rain cover, uv/bug cover, and a boot. When I pulled it out of the box I was even more excited about it! I purchased the Navy one, and the colors are richer than they appear online. The fold is very easy, you just have to get used to it. It's a beautiful sharp looking stroller, MUCH MUCH better than the Maclarens or the Bugaboos, FOR SURE!! I can't believe how much this stroller has to offer at less than 18 pounds!!! Yes its $300, but with all of the extras, it's a super value! THANK YOU ZOOPER!!!
Great Stroller October 2, 2008 Lovely (Bx Baby) After reading tons of reviews online and searching for many long hours for the perfect stroller, I decided this was the one for me. I needed something lightweight, and can be used for an infant as well as a toddler. I received it at my baby shower and it has to be one of the best and most important gifts I registered for. It is light weight, strolls like a breeze, easy to handle with one hand, & handles city pavement and country gravel perfectly. I get many compliments and "cool stroller!" comments. When someone wants to stroll my son around, they can't get over its easy manuverability. It fits my Graco Safeseat infant car seat (Ionic color) very well. When I see other moms with those bulky, plastic strollers, it makes me soo thankful for my Zooper. I even caught one woman staring today! Baby is now two months old and luvs his stroller just as much as I do. I can't find anything to complain about!
Just Okay September 19, 2008 Jamie C. D. Larue I was excited about this stroller because it got such good reviews (here and elsewhere) and it's so lightweight. But I have to say that I'm unimpressed. True, it does come with a rain hood and a foot muff, the canopy gives great coverage, there's lots of storage, it reclines fully, it "drives" well, and it looks nice; but it's not very user friendly for opening/closing the stroller or for adjusting the canopy. Adjusting the canopy, in particular, drives me nuts-- whenever I so much as touch it, the canopy comes loose from the stroller and falls down, and I have to stop and put it back together. So, I'm not sure I'd recommend this stroller over another one; it's just mediocre.
Zooper Waltz is something to consider !! June 13, 2008 B. Libowsky (los Angeles, California United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
This is my third child (after 7 years) and I wanted to pick something we could afford as well as had the functions that were right for me. I love that this stroller stands independently when you fold it, no leaning against a wall. I love that it reclines far back enough for the baby to sleep. I love that I do not have to remove any thing before putting it in the car. It's decently light weight, the wheels are fabulous, the strap covers come off for washing. I think we made the right choice, the basket is not perfect, but its not as bad as some. Hope you find what is right for you, HAPPY BABY !!
