great bargain! November 4, 2008 Heather Robison I've already put many miles on my stroller in the month I've had it because my baby and three-year-old both love it. I'm so happy with the way it handles turns and bumps in the sidewalks, and with the way it folds up so easily. It also comes with great amenities, like the key holder and rain cover that make me feel like I definitely got my money's worth!
Best kid purchase EVER! October 2, 2008 J. Larson (Austin Texas) I absolutely love this jogger. I ended up getting rid of my regular stroller after purchasing this. It handles incredibly well and makes jogging a breeze. My only complaint is now I don't have an excuse for exercising more! Even a year later, my now 2 and 4 year old love riding in it - they are comfortable and have enough room so they aren't fighting for extra space. I'm a super cheapskate, but I would buy this again in a heartbeat if something happened to mine.
Great stroller for 2 babies September 22, 2008 Elizabeth Clark (Seattle, WA) This stroller works great for hauling 2 babies around. We use it for our 5-month-old and a 6-month-old that we nanny share with. I love the swivel front wheel and the large storage compartment below. It's also nice to have each side able to recline separately so one baby can sleep while the other sits up and looks around. I saw a lot of the comments about the sun shade being too small and I think it works great. Maybe the company has changed it but it's much better than a single jogger we have that won't shade the baby's face when we're at certain angles to the sun. Also, there were a couple of reviews saying the seat was too short...I havne't noticed this was a problem but since the boys are pretty young, this may be in an issue as they grow. There are a couple small problems with the product. I actually purchased this stroller because the dimensions advertised on the Amazon website (16" H when folded) was the smallest of the double strollers with adjustable front wheels and we needed one that would fit into the trunk of a Honda Civic. The stroller does not actually fold up as small as advertised but I can jamb it in there by taking off the front wheel. Since I can get it in, it's not much of a problem. Also, there's no cupholder...the single stroller that we have actually has 2 cup holders, which is very handy. Overall, a great product and I would recommend it highly.
Good for 3 kids too! September 22, 2008 GGL (Milford, MA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've loved this stroller for the past 2 seasons with my 2 kids (24 months apart.) Now that the third one has arrived, I've fully realized the greatness of this stroller. The baby and the 2 year old sit side by side and when my 4 year old gets tired of walking he sits on the footguard and rides too! Sure it isn't the most comfortable spot in the world and I bet Schwinn wouldn't recommend it, but it sure gets the job done. My biggest boy thinks it is cool up there and we've been all over Boston with all 3 kids at once. This functionality is worth it's weight in gold!
Just what I was looking for... September 9, 2008 Domi (FL United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been hunting for a solid, double jogging stroller for 7 years. I didn't want to spend more than $300, which was already a stretch for me. This one is great!!! I have had it about a month, and I have used it every day to push a 3 year old and a newborn about 1.5 miles to pick up kids at school. After seven years of pushing every other kind of stroller on the market, this is by far the easiest to push. It has storage for backpacks and waters. I love the built-in rainshield. The kids are comfortable in it, and both can either sleep or ride awake. I don't have the time or money to enroll in exercise classes, but I love to walk and be outside for exercise. This has been a true gift to myself to have walking time built in every day, and a stroller that can make it comfortable for the whole family. That's the best part of the deal! For comparisons sake, I tried a different double stroller to save money about 4 years ago. It was about $100, and it lasted about a year...a very frustrating year. It was hard to push (small wheels, awkward maneuvering) and the tire rod bent one day while I was navigating a side walk. I wish I would have invested in the better one right away.
