The Contempo folds up for easy storage but is still full-featured. View larger. | Compact, Flat Fold When you have a child, space is often at a premium. Between toys and playmates and strollers, the last thing most parents want or need is another thing to add to the clutter. The Contempo, however, is specially designed to serve all your child's needs at feeding time, but then fold down for quick and easy storage. When closed, this chair is truly compact and fits directly in a standing position in your pantry or laundry room, or next to the refrigerator. And there's never any need for assembly because it comes to you already put together, and neither folding it down nor setting it back up again require tools or hardware. Cushioned, Adjustable Comfort Good, solid feeding habits at an early age help set the groundwork for healthy eating as your child grows. The Contempo gives your baby a safe, sturdy and comfortable place to sit and eat, and also provides parents with perks that make clean-up a snap--all which help to ensure that feeding time is pleasant for everyone. First, the cushioned, vinyl coated seat pad offers soft support and easily wipes clean. Three seat positions recline with one hand to help keep infants in a secure and comfortable position, and six seat heights put baby at table or your level so she'll feel like she's part of the action. Baby's done eating but you and your family are still enjoying your meal? Not a problem, thanks to the tray slots, which hold Mix 'n Match toys (sold separately) or other fun objects. Once baby's ready to move on to his next adventure, simply pull out the ergonomic tray with one hand, and either wipe it with a sponge or place it in the dishwasher for a more thorough cleaning. Safe Design Grows With Your Child The Contempo has a safe, sturdy design that's made for use as soon as your child can hold her head up--up to 36 months and/or a maximum weight of 40 pounds. This highchair also comes complete with a convertible 3- and 5-point harness system that adjusts to accommodate your growing child. The innovative feet with rollers let you properly position the chair close to you and/or the table, so you can help feed baby or simply keep a close eye on him or her. The Contempo measures 23.0 x 42 x 32 inches (WxHxD) and weighs 20 pounds. About Graco In 1942, Russell Gray and Robert Cone formed Graco Metal Products, in Philadelphia, PA. For 11 years, the firm fabricated machine and car parts for local manufacturers. In 1953, Gray left the firm, leaving Cone as sole owner. Cone decided to manufacture his own line of products, but had trouble coming up with ideas. Enter David Saint, an engineer, tinkerer, and stained glass artisan who worked for Graco. Saint, himself a father of nine, was intrigued when an associate told him how his wife would soothe their tired and cranky baby while swinging in a backyard glider swing. Acting on this inspiration, he went to the drawing board and 18 months of hard work later, the world's first wind-up infant swing, the Graco Swyngomatic, was born. Graco sold millions of Swyngomatics in the coming years, becoming one of the world's leading manufacturers of juvenile products in the process. Today, Graco is a Newell Rubbermaid company, with 1500 associates worldwide. While a half-century has brought many changes to Graco, their dedication and commitment to designing and manufacturing top-quality products remains, and continues on.

It's OK September 30, 2008 J. Eldridge (San Antonio, TX) I bought this highchair because of the high review marks that it received. It is OK. It's wider than most highchairs and a little bulky (my husband always trips over the highchair legs). I went to babies r us after I received this purchase and wish I bought another one. The tray is also very big. There is another tray that snaps on to the regular tray, so that you essentially have 2 trays you can use. The regular tray is very large and doesn't fit in a standard dishwasher. Plus, the harness is also really strange and none that i've seen before.
Stylish and sleek September 25, 2008 Gut Instinct (Florida) Dare I call a high-chair "sleek and stylish," but after reviewing so many styles/prices, I am shocked that something this cute could only be $99! I wanted a high-chair that would blend into our kitchen and not stick out (i.e., Rainforest style green!). I looked at high-end styles, low-end styles, and everything in between. I came across the Kasbah and read all the great reviews and decided to buy it, sight unseen. I am so happy with the selection!! For $99, it's a very good choice and well-made. I ordered it through Amazon and it arrived about 5 days later, fully assembled. It's even better-looking in person. It's small, subdued, and perfect for what we need. Most important, my baby has tons of room and is so comfortable. One final thing that I never knew -- wheels are important on a high chair. I never would have guessed, but being able to pull him close to me, or push him toward the table, or move the high chair anywhere in the kitchen, is convenient.
New Mom's Review September 22, 2008 J. Gayler (South Florida) I purchased this highchair when my son was 5 months old. It is well made,is easily adjustable, and can be put away easily. The Kasbah pattern fits into our decor and doesn't stand out in our living space. I like that the entire chair is easy to keep clean with a simple wipe-down after a messy meal. My son did not need the harness to keep him in the seat, but for younger babies, it would be helpful. From day one, he has enjoyed sitting in the chair and being at the same level as Mommy and Daddy at the table. Great chair at a decent price.
Great Highchair! September 17, 2008 C. Callahan (Northeast, USA) This is a great highchair. I bought it because my friends had it and liked it so much. It folds for easy transport. It is made well and very easy to clean. It works great for my six month old.
Excellent high chair!!! September 15, 2008 Monica Villarreal the high chair is excellent, and for us its best feature is that can be folded easily and quickly. It's also very easy to clean and comfortable for the baby. I definitely recommend this product.
