Amazon.com Product Description Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Baby Wipes are made with your baby, and your environment, in mind. Unlike conventional baby wipes, Seventh Generation Wipes are not bleached with chlorine, and don't contain alcohol, fragrance, or synthetic ingredients that may irritate baby's sensitive skin. Completely Natural Cleaning for Your Baby Every caregiver wants what's best for their children and the world they will grow up in. Studies show that children are disproportionately affected by daily exposures to toxic chemicals. But caregivers often had to choose between products that worked and products that were healthy for their baby and the planet. Until now. When chlorine and chlorine derivatives are used in industrial processes (such as bleaching paper and wood pulp), they produce substances called chlorinated hydrocarbons, which persist in the environment, accumulate in animals and people, and can be toxic to human and environmental health. The production of chlorine can also release the toxic metal mercury into the environment. These baby wipes are made with all-natural ingredients, including water, Polysorbate 20 (a cleansing agent derived from sugar), glycerin (soothes and cleanses skin, vegetable-oil derived), citric acid (provides stability and pH balance), potassium sorbate (a natural preservative), aloe barbadensis gel (helps heal skin), and tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E acetate, helps heal skin). Hypo-allergenic, whitened without chlorine bleach, unscented, and alcohol free, Seventh Generation Chlorine Free Baby Wipes offer are perfect for around the house. About Seventh Generation Seventh Generation offers a complete line of natural household products designed to work as well as their traditional counterparts, but use renewable, non-toxic, phosphate-free, and biodegradable ingredients as often as possible, and are never tested on animals. Seventh Generation products are healthy and safe for the air, the surfaces, the pets, and the people in your home--and for the environment outside of it. Every time you use Seventh Generation products you make a difference by saving natural resources, keeping toxic chemicals out of the environment, and making the world a safer place for this and the next seven generations.

Great wipes November 25, 2008 Tricia Bryan (Los Angeles, CA) I like these wipes for a few simple reasons: they clean well, they are not harsh on my son's skin, and they do not have a strong scent. All the environmental aspects are also good but ultimately I think they get the job done in an environmentally and baby safe way.
Gentle, Effective November 19, 2008 New Mom in the City (New York) Gets the job done with zero irritation - great price, too. My favorite out of the 4 other brands that I tried. Buy in bulk and keep under the bed!
Excellent wipes November 16, 2008 Kathy Canterbury (The Plains, Ohio) This is a great product. We try to buy as much organic without all the chemicals and feel this is a safe product for baby skin. Amazon was the cheapest place to purchase and free shipping is great. Amazon shipped them to England (military) for our new grandson!!
Weird Smell but NO RASH! November 13, 2008 Becky_Booth (Peabody, MA USA) Ever since my son was born we have struggled trying to find a wipe that won't give him a rash! Once he even started bleeding from the drying chemicals in one particular wipe. Since he was four months old we have stopped using wipes all together and have just been using washcloths. A friend told me about these and I HAD seen then in the store but was hesitant to buy them because a lot of wipes say they are "pure" or "organic" or whatever but he would develop a rash. I finally gave in and bought some and we have been using them a week and NO RASH! I don't feel like they clean him as well as a washcloth when he has a "dirty" diaper and the smell is a little......old? i don't know, but it is nice to not have wet washcloths in my diaper bag!
Seventh Gen Baby Wipes November 11, 2008 Jaye Drummond Great product! Arrived promptly as always. We have been using them for two years and two kids. Can't reccommend more highly.
