| Customer Reviews:
Great for baby, not great for your pockets May 21, 2008 jolly dolly (NC, USA) We use this product and have done for 4 months (baby is 5 months). I am just writing this to say that most shops sell it at a lower price than what is on offer here.
Great product for colic, not necessarily lactose intolerance November 12, 2007 Professor 77 (Seattle, WA) Under her Dr's advice, we switched our newborn from a variety of different formulas until we tried Similac Sensitive, which almost completely eliminated her colic. Life has been much better for all of us since the switch. We are very satisfied with the product, which replaces Similac's older lactose-removed variety. Keep in mind that it's still milk-based (lactose removed), if your Dr. or your beliefs require a milk alternative look elsewhere. In our case it turns out we need something completely lactose free so we had to switch off of this, but even then, the improvement over what this offered was only minor compared to the switch from regular to sensitive formula.
Amazon raised the price $20.00 in 2 months. Not cool. November 1, 2007 J. Tabor (midwest) 0 out of 6 found this review helpful
I like this formula and it works well with my baby's formula. However, I just ordered this same 6 pack from Amazon on 09/10/07 and it was 164.50. Now it is 11/01/07 and I am getting ready to order more, and it is $184.50. What's the deal Amazon? Raising the price $20 in two months is ridiculous (not to mention, I ordered a CSD and it took 3 weeks to get here). You guys need to focus on the customer and not your pockets. Taking advantage of parents and their children who need a special formula is not cool and the CEO should be ashamed of himself.
Great Product September 28, 2007 M. Quintero (Levittown, PA) My 8 months daugther just love this formula. I think the taste is great for her because we tried with some soy milk before (out of lactose) and she didn`t like it. So, if you kid has fussiness or some gas problems related with the lactose We highly recommend the Similac Sensitive
