Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
LilyPadz are the revolutionary alternative to traditional nursing pads combining such unique features as flexibility, breathability, invisibility and "sticks-to-you-ability" to provide the kind of leakage protection that every expectant and nursing mother needs. Put that nursing bra away - you can wear LilyPadz without it! Return to activities you thought you couldn't enjoy while nursing - swimming, a leak-free night's sleep, a night on the town in a strapless dress!

5 out of 5 stars not just for those breastfeeding   August 19, 2008
L. Snethen
I used these when I had a reduction, and to help keep the sensitive nipples from rubbing against my clothes, and it worked perfectly. Great after the stitches healed sufficiently enough to handle the silicon. And it's very easy to care for. I recommend getting a few so you can have one drying while wearing the other.

5 out of 5 stars Best kept secret for breastfeeding moms   May 27, 2008
C Marriott (Pittsburgh, PA, USA)
I've been using Lily Padz for about 6 months (I'm on my third set now) and I love them! I started using them because I try to avoid disposable products in the interest of saving our planet. However, I discovered that they're so much more comfortable than traditional nursing pads and I like that they're 'invisible' under form-fitting tops. Another bonus is that I can sleep without a bra. I thought it would be a pain to clean them but it's not. I only wash them once a day (although I think the instructions say to wash/rinse them at each feeding). I bring them in the shower with me and it only takes a minute to clean them with a little bit of dish soap.

I've leaked on a couple of occasions but only during the first 2 months of breastfeeding (when supply maybe wasn't as stable as it is now?) and when I went an extra long time between feedings (i.e. when my son suddenly slept 7 hours at night instead of his usual 4). I recommend holding off on using these until supply and demand are steady and feedings are routine. I didn't wear these at night for several months because I never knew when my son would suddenly sleep the whole night.

I recommend these to all of my pregnant friends and even bought a set as a baby gift for one of my friends.

5 out of 5 stars Must-have!!!   May 22, 2008
SammyW (San Diego, CA USA)
This product is a must-have for any nursing mom. I could have used it during my last couple months of pregnancy too.

5 out of 5 stars Great!   May 19, 2008
Gayle F. Parker
Bought these for my daughter. She loves them! These really make nursing or pumping much easier. No leaking! No washing out other pads--can even sleep without a bra at night. Makes life much easier!

5 out of 5 stars A little tricky, but works great   May 17, 2008
;o) (Hawaii)
The first couple of times I used it, I didn't seal it correctly and when it came time to take it off, because of the seal/suction it creates, milk went shooting. You really have to push in your nipple and make sure the pad keeps it down before you wrap the rest of it around your breast. But I'd say, after the 3rd time, I had it. No leaks, no more nursing pads, no wet T shirts. I wear it everyday and I love it!
