This set has almost anything a breast-feeding mom needs. However, not included are bottle nipples and collars. You'll have to order those separately.

I bought this to go with a used Medela pump that I bought off eBay. Shipping was lightning fast, the bottles will come in handy to store excess milk. The only thing I would change, is I wished the tubing was also included---although it's easy to buy separately. This kit made my pump practically brand new :)

I don't know how prices are every where else but it was cheaper for me to buy this as a set. Just one shield cost $12 and that is without the adapter or the valve. This accessory kit is a great deal. I love the microsteam bags they are great for quick cleaning and while on the go. I am also very proud of medela for making their whole line BPA free. You know they care for their customers!

This is a nice product and definitely helps nursing moms stay on top of pumping without having to run the dishwasher every five minutes. Everything looks exactly as it does in my Medela Pump In Style Bag except for the breast shields and valves. In my pump the breast shield and valves were two separate pieces, and this kit sells them as one piece. The fit is a tiny bit different so be aware. They still work fine, it was just an adjustment for me.
