Product Description Free at last dont spend the evening in the other room or covered up with a teddy bear blanket! Bebe Au Laits Nursing Covers for Chic Mothers, were conceived from the need for privacy and style while breastfeeding. The Bebe Au Lait gives breastfeeding moms the freedom to spend time with family and friends while nourishing their child. Unlike any old blanket used while breastfeeding, the Bebe Au Lait is firmly attached to the nursing mother, so that Baby cant grab it & throw it off, compromising Mommys modesty! The Yoko fabric is a Bebe Au Lait staple, sophisticated & hip in crisp black and white. Each nursing cover is generously sized to fit every nursing mother. The neck strap is completely adjustable. A terry cloth panel at the bottom corner is perfect for little clean-ups! A unique feature of the Bebe Au Lait is the ability to shape the top edge, so that mother and baby can continuously make eye contact while nursing, an essential part of mother and child bonding & attachment. The Bebe Au Lait folds up nicely to easily toss into any purse or diaperbag.

Very Practical! October 22, 2008 Ryhms (Alexandria, VA USA) This is a fantastic product for breastfeeding mothers who are often out and about. I use it all the time with my daughter, who is now 5 months old. She is perfectly content in it and she didn't even seem to notice it was there when she was younger. I am not very comfortable breastfeeding in public, so this has saved me many times! The Bebe au lait is the right size to cover all skin and give baby enough space to feed. The rigid top is nice too, since you can not only see your child, but it also gives him/her more ventilation. The Bebe au lait is SO much more descrete than trying to use a blanket to cover baby. You no longer have to fear bearing your breast to the world! Also, this cover folds up nicely into a diaper bag, under a stroller, etc. The fabric and design are pretty. I would highly recommend getting a light color, like this white, in order to keep your baby cool in the warmer months. It can get hot under there and you definately do not want to have dark materials trapping in heat. The white also lets in some light.
Great for baby and even for pumping! October 21, 2008 darla8472 This item is great. My baby is 6 weeks old and I love the rigid lining which creates a 'pocket' that I can look down and see him to help him get latched on--he still can't quite make the latch on his own. If I try to use just a regular blanket I end up throwing it off in frustration till after he's started suckling. I also use this when pumping at work. There's a couch in the bathroom but this allows me to get everything setup without hanging out for everyone to see.
Pricey but well made June 1, 2008 Veeder I wish this wasn't as expensive but I have to admit its well made and looks great. Minus one star for value.
A Nursing Must! February 22, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I wish I had known about this product when I had my first son. My girlfriend bought one at a little boutique in CA and I knew I had to have one for my second child. I am so pleased with the product. I thought maybe this ivory eyelet one would be see through or too light BUT it is double lined and perfect. Some of my other friends have regular hooter hiders w/o the lining and they just don't lay as nicely. I buy this product for every nursing mom. It's a splurge, but worth the money.
great if baby will put up with it December 25, 2007 Rebeccah Gravres (Waipahu, HI) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love this stylish cover and use it whenever I can when we are out in public, however, I'd say about half the time my daughter won't put up with it. She get frustrated with anything over her and I do have to say it gets kind of hot and stuffy under there after a little while. For what it is though it's great, I love that you an look down and see your baby clearly whereas with a blanket that doesn't work at all, and the little terry cloth wipe up corner is great too. All my mom friends ask me about it and want one.
