5 out of 5 stars they are worth the investment   August 26, 2008
JD (USA)
This product really helped out with engorgement- espically because I was unable to breast feed right away due to our child having to go back to the hospital at 3 days old for a week- right when my milk came in. The horns themselves are not larger- but the "tube" where your nipples go into is larger. I would recommend this for larger breasted women/larger nipples.

4 out of 5 stars not any more comfortable   July 2, 2008
Amanda R. Carvalho (Fargo ND/Des Moines, IA)
Product descriptions said that these may make pumping more comfortable, but they are made of the same hard plastic as the regular flanges. The size difference doesn't seem to change the results either. Oh well, I have an extra set for when I don't have time to wash the first set right away, but the reducing inserts are pretty much useless.

1 out of 5 stars The have BPA   June 30, 2008
Tara Perrone (Westchester, NY USA)
I wish I didn't buy these. The plastic contains BPA. I rigged medela parts to use with my lansinoh pump so I am not using products with BPA for my child.

5 out of 5 stars Don't throw away the machine, buy the parts you need   June 3, 2008
M. Salazar (Lima ,Peru)
I've had the Ameda breastpump for 7 years. This is the second time that I need to replace a part and I am impressed of how easy it is to find them on line. I really recommend this machine.

5 out of 5 stars OMG!!! Love these   May 20, 2008
Stephanie Davis (Newport News, VA USA)
I purchesed these flanges so that I would have an extra set; the shipping was super fast and price is fair but the shipping cost more than the item so if you get these buy more than one set. Now about the actual flange all I can say is OMG!! I thought I was doing something wrong and that my supply was slowing down....oh no I was mistaken I guess the normal flange is just to small and not correctly stimulating but these solved that problem. I am now getting 2-3 more ounces per pumping session. Good thing I found these early on in my expressed milk journey.
