I had one of these for my first child. Got lost in our many moves, and decided to borrow one from a friend when the next child came along. TERRIBLE product (the prince Lionheart brand. Browned the wipes, wet and messy), and after only 1 week decided to break down and buy a new Dex. Totally worth the money. Warms, no browning, not soggy. Perfect!

Living in Alaska, I am still using this warmer with my 3rd infant. Works great. I'm lazy so I like to just lift up the lid and get my wipe...instead of the pull through part. :) It does stay warm and beats the cold wipes anyday...especially for a new baby who was oh so nice and warm in their Mommy's tummy! I would cry too having a ice cold wet cloth touch my tush! :) So yeah, buy this one! :) If you live somewhere where it doesn't get cold, then I'd say, save your $$! :)

So I finally bought a wipe warmer for this, my fourth child. This thing is awesome and I cannot believe I put my other kids' poor little fannies through such torture with all those cold wipes! The warmer has a long enough cord once plugged in to reach anywhere you'd need to place it. So far after weeks of use we still have nice warm wipes that have not browned and have not even dried out despite not adding extra water as suggested. For the price, this is definitely the BEST!

I love that this product holds a large number of wipes, only needs water added occasionally from the top to keep the wipes moist, and maintains the wipes at the perfect temperature. We use Pampers Sensitive wipes and we've never had a problem with the pop-up feature or the lid itself. I keep the warmer on the changing table and I do not worry about it damaging the table, because it warms from the top down and does not leak water like some warmers do. I wait until the moment I need a wipe to open the lid, and that way the wipes are still warm when they reach the baby - but not too hot (which is what you want). Our baby definitely enjoys diaper changes now that we have the wipes warmer, and even sleeps through them sometimes at night. I think this is a quality product and a worthwhile purchase.

I've used this for a year now and it's never turned my wipes brown like some reviews say about other ones. I do put half cup of water every time I fill it with wipes and I've never had a problem. I LOVE this product for my baby's little toosh in the cold Iowa months! I keep it plugged in year-round even in summer so my baby doesn't get a cold shock during diaper changes.
