Product Description TheBoppy Feeding and Infant support pillow is America?s favorite baby product, voted #1 by moms for five years in a row. And, now, this beloved product is better than ever for feeding your little one. With our newly engineered Miracle Middle™ stretch panel, this award winner now stretches to fit every waist size. But, some things haven?t changed: this versatile pillow still puts mom or Dad in an ergonomically correct position to support tired arms and neck while feeding baby and is still the best spot for baby while she is lying, playing and learning to sit. You?ve got a busy life ahead, you might as well be comfortable.
Amazon.com Product Reviews
This is a new innovation to a tried-and-true baby feeding necessity. The award-winning Boppy Bare Naked pillow now has an expandable "Miracle Middle" to fit more waist sizes while still retaining its shape for the multiple other uses. Moms and dads can still sit comfortably and easily feed their little ones. The boppy isn't just a one-trick pony--propping baby up after feeding time reduces reflux, and tummy play strengthens muscles and coordination. The boppy pillow itself is machine washable, but the bare naked pillow allows for more easily washable Boppy slipcovers that will extend the life of the Boppy pillow. Parents will wonder how they ever lived without their Boppy. --Scott Teal

Make sure you get the one with the Miracle Middle! November 12, 2008 Jordann Palasota (College Station, TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had the old version of the boppy with my first born and hated it! I had problems with the fit around my waist ( I am a size 10/12) and there was not enough stuffing in the pillow to prop my daughter up to my breast to eat. I had received the new version of the boppy from my mother and decided to give the new version with the 'fits all waists' middle a try. The pillow looked thicker than the old version and it felt like a better fit around my middle. My son is now 14 days old and I have used this pillow everyday to feed him. This pillow does everything that the old version had promised.
Another New Baby MUST Have!! October 20, 2008 Mommy Vomitpants (Houston, TX) If you are going to be breastfeeding or bottle feeding, the Boppy is a MUST. This is a pillow that fits around you for your baby to lay on when he or she is being fed and it is absolutely one of the best things we have. It's more comfortable than a regular bed pillow and your baby can be closer to you when they are eating than if you have them in an infant bouncer or chair. This is especially wonderful for fathers who feed their babies and want to have that closeness. They have different sizes but I have never had a problem with this, traditional, size. There are also a ton of wonderful covers that you can buy that have different patterns and textures. Or, you can just leave it plain. It all works the same.
I'd give it zero stars if I could! September 18, 2008 Jenney Chendea (Virginia, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I do NOT understand why anyone likes the Boppy for nursing. I am a pretty small woman (about a size 8) and I found that the donut-hole in the middle was so small it buckled in the front when I tried to put it around my waist. Not only that, but it really needs to sit around the hips in order to be low enough to rest the baby on -- and that never worked, it just kept riding up to my waist. And because it's so round and puffy, I had to use just as much muscle to keep my baby from rolling away from me as I would have to hold him up! I tossed it in the closet and used regular bed and couch pillows instead. Also, I couldn't use it in any chair with arms (like a rocker or a dining-table chair because the big fat arms of the Boppy got in the way of the arms of the chair.
Love this boppy! August 31, 2008 Dianne N. Trowbridge Perfect for our twin granddaughters. Wish we had this when my kids were little! A must have for new Moms!!!!
Not great for nursing, but works well for tummy time August 28, 2008 Monique A. Mugg (West Olive, MI) I did not care for this pillow when used as a nursing pillow, the pillow went all the way around my waist, making it impossible to sit back in the chair, causing back strain. Having to lean forward to nurse was not comfortable. This pillow is great for tummy time, I put my son in the pillow with his arms over the middle, the ends were under or over his legs and then I put toys in front of him to keep him entertained, at first he just looked at them, but as time went on he would reach for the toys. I had a Boppy when my daughter was little also, she used the pillow as a toddler to read and such. This is not a must have item.
