Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Bumbo Baby Sitter The Bumbo Baby Sitter is a revolutionary new concept with world wide patent rights, uniquely designed according to the baby's posture. It is certainly a different take on high chairs and boosters. The baby seat will allow baby to independently sit upright from as young as 3 months up to an age of approximately 14 months. The baby Bumbo seat provides a snug and cozy environment for the baby. For parents looking for something other than non-traditional boosters such as the Fisher Price Space Saver or Edushape Hi Seat, the Bumbo Seat is for you. The Bumbo infant seat is manufactured to the highest safety standards from low-density foam material, which helps make these baby seats lighter and more portable. The seat is soft and comfortable for the baby. The Bumbo Baby Sitter is safe, hygienic and non-toxic with an integral outer skin of durable, easy to clean material. The Bumbo Baby Sitter baby seat is versatile and does not require any uncomfortable straps or fasteners and is designed so baby''s own body gently keeps it in place. The Bumbo Seat should only be used on a flat ground level surface and should not be used until your baby is fully able to support its head. Depending upon the individual development of the child, some babies will be able to climb out of the Bumbo seat so never leave the child unattended.

4 out of 5 stars Bumbo review   January 6, 2009
Lisa Songer (Alpharetta GA)
I love this chair. My 6 month old loves to sit up and look around as opposed to laying in a bouncing chair. It is light enough to easily pick up and carry around the house. I need to purchase the tray to click on the top. She is strong enough to push and twist herself out so I am cautious to keep her on a carpet floor.

5 out of 5 stars great buy   December 22, 2008

I purchased the BUMBO seat for my sister who has twins. It is small and easy to take places and she has used it a lot over the holidays. It does not tip over easily and the babies are pretty safe sitting in it around their cousins (age 1 and 4). It is expensive so I would suggest buying it while your baby is young to get the most use out of it.

We also purchased the tray that goes on the Bumbo seat (only $10) however the tray does not attach and the twins tend to knock it off very easily.

5 out of 5 stars Amazing little thing   July 10, 2008

I got this item for my baby shower a year ago. I put it in my garage thinking that it was dumb. Well it turns out I had a child that didnt like being put down nor being put in the pack and play. Unless she was a part of things she was not happy...which is hard for a baby that is 6 weeks old. This chair is heaven sent! I know it is a "hot" item now and some people are unhappy with it, but apparently their kids are either MUCH bigger or much stronger than my daughter. She is now 10 1/2 months old and we are still using it. Not as much because she grew out of the "always being held" stage, but we use it instead of a high chair! It is amazing! Having a child that isnt screaming is AMAZING...please watch them well in this seat. I put her on couter tops and things until she was big enough to squirm and now she is NEVER on raised surfaces! We now have the tray too, which made the life of this product extend quite a bit!! Highly recommended!!!

5 out of 5 stars Such a great idea!   May 27, 2008
Tehra N. Drost (Aberdeen, South Dakota)
This chair is a must-have! I started putting my daughter in it as soon as she could hold her head up (about 2 1/2 months). She loves it! We also have the tray attachment and we use it in restaurants and she also plays with her toys on it. She is six months old now, and she can almost get out of it. We still use it on the floor and occasionally for feeding. Highly recommended!

5 out of 5 stars So fun!   May 6, 2008
sydandaddysmom (Colorado)
This seat rocks! We get to see a whole new side of our little girl's personality - now that she can see the world AND our faces, instead of us carrying her around facing away. You do have to let them adjust to it a little at first - they need to learn how to sit. Once they get the hang of it, it is so fun to see them look around and just smile back at you!
