Do not buy. January 6, 2009 Brooke (North Carolina) This product worked one time. It now does not move. I am returning it for a refund.
Follow Me Fred is Awesome! December 28, 2008 Terri Domingos (New Hampshire) Bought this for my 5 month old son--he loves it! He loves the crinkle ears and the music is not obnoxious like some toys. We love to play with him and do so a lot. Definitely recommend. Also, he rolls great on our carpet and also on blankets.
Does not crawl on carpet! October 20, 2008 M. Brush (NC) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
This toy is very cute. My baby likes the sounds it makes and the crinkly ears. However, I bought this toy to help him learn how to crawl and the toy DOES NOT move at all on the carpet. At first I thought I had a defective one but I put it on the kitchen floor and it moved fine. What baby learns to crawl on the kitchen floor, though?! I would not have purchased this item with that knowledge.
Fantastic Fred! April 22, 2008 Kimberly K. White 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Follow me Fred is a great toy, I introduced Fred to my 5 mos old daughter, she rolled over for the first time that day, trying to get to the toy. She loves the crinkly ears and noises, she is now 6.5 mos old still not crawling but she is interested in Fred over most of her other toys. I highly recommend this toy.
A Cute Friend March 6, 2008 Erica Toker (Brooklyn, New York United States) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I gave this toy to my six month old. He is not crawling yet, but he loves to follow it with his eyes as the dog rolls away. I love that the dog has an accordion body of which I can use to make him walk straight, or walk around in circles. There are sound buttons on the side of the dog that make him bark, cry, or sniff out loud. There is even a feature where the dog barks if your child stops playing with it, to coax him/her into playing with it again. The bark of the dog sounds a bit muffled at times, but it does the job. There is a mute button on the dog that allows for his movement, but no sound. I also use the dog to teach my son how to play with a real dog- pet him nicely on the head, kiss him, etc. This toy will surely promote crawling in most babies- sooner than later. They will not be able to take their curious eyes off of this colorful friend.
