Finally got my husband to be a sling daddy! September 14, 2008 rathgrith (Southern California) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have several slings and wraps, but this one is exclusively my husband's. It has more padding and support than the Baby Bjorn, and he says it's more comfortable and less warm. The baby is right against his chest, instead of in a full pocket of material, so the air circulates more. And the extra padding makes it easier to wear for longer stretches of time. He's able to wear the baby while working on the computer or doing stuff around the house. Keeps the baby happy and lets the husband get stuff done.
Perfect fit May 24, 2008 D. Wilcox (west mifflin,pa usa) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love this carrier. I had a differetn carrier, but it never felt comfy for me and always hurt my back and shoulders. This new carrier is so comfy for both my daughter and me. I have used it for a few hours straight with no problem at all. My daughter even falls a sleep while she is in it. I recommend this to other parents.
amazing back support April 24, 2008 Renae L.H. (wilmington, nc) 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
I haven't used this with the baby since she isn't born yet, but I can tell from my husband and I trying this one on multiple times that the back support is supperior to Bjorn active. It has a large back panel that extends from mid/upper back down to lower back. Figuring out how to use it the first time you put it on is a little confusing, but once you know how it is easy. I am sure all carriers are a little challenging because they need to be put together with many attachments and steps so that the baby is safe and secure. The height the baby rides at is adjustable and so is the crotch height at your baby grows. It really has a lot of detail to it. Seems to be better value than Bjorn Active, also starts at a lower weight for baby.
