Product Description Leachco All Nighter Total Body Pillow The All Nighter Total Body Pillow is one of the best models of pregnancy pillow on the market. It is one of the only, if not the only model of pregnancy pillow with two different shapes for support. The body pillow from Leachco was designed by a registered nurse to meet the needs of expectant and new mothers. It is the total body maternity pillow. The body pillow from Leachco features three specially designed shapes which connect to work together as one and lend support. The All Nighter features a shorter, wider section for upper body support. In the middle of the body pillow is a longer, rounder section for shoulders, back, buttocks and legs. The Leachco body pillow lends support for carpal tunnel syndrome, hemorrhoids and gastric reflux to name a few. This maternity pillow is great even after pregnancy ends. It is a great body pillow for any adult.

Can't sleep without it! November 10, 2008 Annabelle Vargas I'm 6 months pregnant and since I purchased the All Nighter I've been able to get a good night sleep...
Terrible, awful, horrible!! November 8, 2008 Maries (New York, New York) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I bought this pillow after reading all the positive reviews here. I saw the few negative reviews, but decided to disregard them. Big mistake! This product is completely awful. I am 6.5 months pregnant and was having a lot of trouble sleeping. I was using three pillows and trying to steal my husband's, too. The three pillows weren't bad, they helped, but every time I rolled over I had to readjust all of them. I thought this body pillow would help that, and I wouldn't wake up so much when I had to turn over. It didn't work. Here's why: 1 - The fabric covering this pillow is just vile. It's a sort of sticky-feeling polyester that doesn't breathe at all and feels horrible against my skin. I just couldn't stand it. I tried wrapping the pillow up in a sheet to get it away from me, but that didn't help because there were so many other issues with it. 2 - It's sewn into a very tight U-shape - there is little flexibility. It was too close to the sides of my body (I am not a large person), and there was no way to push it away. That also made it too hot. I tried putting the pillow in every position possible, and I did read the instructions, but nothing helped. It just wasn't comfortable. 3 - It made my shoulders hurt. When you are on your side, there is nowhere for your bottom arm to go but under the pillow. But the pillow is heavy, and your head is also on the pillow, so that arm gets crushed and my shoulder ended up hurting within just a minute or two. I tried flipping the thing around so my head wasn't on it, I tried adding other pillows, I tried everything. Still uncomfortable. I tried this pillow for three nights, and no matter what I did, it only made me more frustrated and uncomfortable. I ended up kicking it out of the bed every time and have now gone back to my three pillows. I really wish I had just bought a regular body pillow for $15.00. I wasted my money on this stupid thing. Maybe the people who like this pillow are not picky sleepers. I have always had difficulty sleeping and get uncomfortable easily. Also, I sleep on a relatively firm mattress. Maybe this is the reason this pillow didn't work for me. I think if you are picky about comfort or generally don't sleep that well, this is not the pillow for you.
Too big November 5, 2008 T. Shirley I thought I was going to love this pillow because it looks so comfortable. Unfortunately, I found it way too big- even for my California King bed! I am all about plushness, but I felt that this was far too much pillow.
Big but comfy October 21, 2008 Sophie (New York) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very comfortable to use and has really helped my back pain. People who say its too short have not read the instructions properly on how to use it. It is large but I like the fact you are supported on both sides - stops you rolling onto your back, and makes it easy to turn over.
If It cuts into your shoulder, you've got it upside down October 19, 2008 J. Smith (Russiaville, In) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If It cuts into your shoulder, you've got it upside down, though this pillow can be used in any position you like. Three positions are shown in the product picture and I use the last (bottom picture). The fat part of the pillow goes between your kness, leaving you the shorter fat side to hug or tuck under your belly. The long skinny side can be shaped like a candy cane and placed under your head. This makes a great nest! As mentioned in other reviews, the pillow case is cheap trash and terrible to get back on, but not undoable. Mine's already ripped to shreds, which means the pillow is flattened because it relies on the case to mold or SQUEEZE it into shape. I've already found someone to sew a new one for me, the hardest part - finding someone in this day and age who can sew! I plan to buy another soon, so I've always an extra. As long as you know upfront you or someone else can make you a nice case, this pillow can't be beat.
